Wonderful stay and helpful staff, perfct location, easy to find.

Amazing stay! Great staff!!

Did not get the Empire State view we paid for, staff claiming there was a leak and no available rooms with the view. Was given a room with a terrible view of nothing and told that it was a better view than Empire State. Compensated with a complimentary tickets to breakfast buffet. White sheets not really white. One sink in bathroom is awkward to use. Windows are not sound proof. Music blasting on 42nd St until 5am. Lobby is pretty. Location great for tourist activities. Rooms decent sized for NYC. We’re going to charge us $50 to hold luggage for 2 hrs after check out until we made a stink about it.

The property is good the rooms need an upgrade for sure. Was ok. Nice view

Clean room and friendly staff. The one issue with the room was the toilet was very low to the ground.

Don't ask the question because you get the wrong information. The rooms were clean. New York is over rated.

We booked through Expedia because it clearly stated that rollaway beds were available, but the hotel refused every request, forcing our family of four to squeeze into one and a half beds for the entire stay. We also had two consecutive reservations for the same room type. On July 6, the front desk insisted we change rooms even after I said I was happy to stay in the original room and forgo the upgraded room. Only after contacting Hilton Customer Assistance was the issue resolved, but not before we had packed everything and wasted 3–4 hours of our vacation. To make matters worse, the bathroom wash basin was clogged throughout most of our stay and wasn't fixed until the last day. Poor customer service, avoidable inconvenience, and an overall frustrating experience. I expected much better from Hilton and would not stay at this property again.
