很好 Quiet and clean. Never heard loud traffic or honking cars like you usually do staying in nyc hotel in time square. Staff was really friendly too-especially Marie. Only annoying thing was paying $50 fee if you wanted to check in early even if it was only an hour early, which I’ve never done before. Most hotels let you check in early when rooms are available at no additional charge. Otherwise, great stay.

極佳 Stayed for two nights in one of the balcony rooms. It was very nice and the balcony was a nice amenity to unwind in the evenings or have coffee on in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

很好 Staff was extremely accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator didn't work. Online menu and hours from the barcode in the room doesn't match the current restaurant.

La chambre et le lit étaient incroyables. Les services et les attentions des employés etaient vraiment bien. Le meilleur est la localisation.
