This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We love the location, the convenience of hotel amenities, and the comfort of our room. It is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back for a 4th time!

The rooms were clean, but small. You will be paying a premium because of its proximity to Tokyo station, which is very convenient. All in all, we would stay again, but for an extended stay, I would stay further out from Tokyo station, and avoid paying the premium.

Great location at Tokyo Station with all train services and mall with many restaurants. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is both Japanese and Western. Great aircon, nice toiletries. Rooms are a little dated in their styling but location great and beds very comfortable. Amazing train set in the lobby as well which is a model of the city which is pretty incredible!

Small rooms as are the norm in Japan but perfectly efficient. Everything you needed was there including PJs. Fantastic location above the subway and JR and Shinkansen lines. Lots or convenience stores and eateries within walking distance under the train stn. Staff helped us purchase a stamp and post a postcard.

I stayed at this hotel near Tokyo Station because it was advertised as renovated, but the rooms felt very outdated\. The bathroom was especially disappointing—when I turned on the sink, I could literally feel the plumbing vibrating at my feet\. That alone made the room feel poorly maintained and nowhere near the modern experience they claim to offer\. To make matters worse, there was a face towel left in my bathroom with a poop stain on it\. That is completely unacceptable and a serious cleanliness issue\. Between the outdated room, the poor maintenance, and the disgusting towel, this was a terrible stay\. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a renovated property or even basic standards of cleanliness\.
