The hotel is in a perfect location, immediately across from the main Tokyo train station. Lots of shopping nearby, and only a few minutes from the Imperial Palace. The staff is helpful, English speaking, and very friendly. The room was clean, spacious (for Japanese standards), very quiet despite close proximity of the train tracks, both a shower and a bathtub were available, and the amenities were plentyful. Two breakfast options are available - we chose the Japanese breakfast and it was fantastic! Highly recommended.

Both Hotel and room cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location and convenient to travel whether on JR, Shinkansen or Metro. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel across from a beautiful central train station. Convenient to many things, pretty and fun to walk around in. The hotel is elegant, pristine. Small rooms that maximize use of space. Best showers ever. Staff are unfailingly polite and thoughtful. Breakfast is delicious and has food for western and Asian tastes.
