This place is not a proper hotel. It is a very cheap and unpleasant inn. I don’t understand how this place has 9.4 rating in Expedia. It was the worst place I have ever been.don’t fooled by the photos and advertisements. My experience was really disappointing.it doesn’t have even restaurants for breakfast. The rooms smell bad and are extremely small. The room prices are far from too high compared to the location and facilities. Honestly even $10 per night would be too much for this place.

We had two connecting rooms for my husband, my two teenage sons and me. The setting was convenient and the rooms were clean and well equipped. I was a little disappointed because I thought I was getting a Japanese style room when what I got was a western style room. I think the Expedia site was a little bit misleading and also I did not read in detail what I was actually booking. They also had welcome snacks for the guests at the lobby and they were very nice. We did not take the breakfast so I cannot say whether it’s good or not. The staff was very friendly. Oh, and I loved the pajamas they gave us to use during our stay.

Located walking distance from the station and the amenities provided were great. There was snacks, free coffee and other basics available and always refilled at the refreshment area and amenities bar at the lobby.

The staff was helpful every step of the way, especially for us that know very limited Japanese. The hotel was clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The staff was also very helpful in holding our luggage while transitioning to other places in Japan. The proximity to shopping and transportation is a huge bonus.

We had an absolutely wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep every night. The complimentary pyjamas were such a thoughtful touch and added a little extra luxury to our stay. The location was perfect, with a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops all within easy walking distance. One of the highlights was the complimentary daily refreshments and nibbles, which were a generous and much-appreciated bonus. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We would happily stay here again!
