He told vivid conservation stories and patiently answered all our questions in English. He took us to less crowded spots, helped us take great photos and arranged the whole trip smoothly. We absolutely loved Panda Valley, but we also really enjoyed the rest of the itinerary, especially seeing the beautiful “Blue Tears” in the evening. It made the whole experience even more special. Our guide was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout the entire day. He took great care of us, helped us with everything we needed and made everything very easy despite the language barrier. We felt very comfortable with him from beginning to end. This is our second time choosing Klook's custom tours, and this time we booked a fully customized 6-day trip around Chengdu. To avoid the biggest crowds during the National Day holiday, we chose Qionglai, a small city west of Chengdu, along with the must-see Dujiangyan Irrigation System and Mount Qingcheng. The panda base is quite large and a bit tiring, but the guide took great care of us, allowing us to have a wonderful time.
