This was an amazing and fantastic tour! Joanna our tour guide was an absolute gem! She made the tour an amazing and fantastic experience for me and my sister! Surely, she made the Beitou Hot Spring Tour truly unforgettable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made every moment enjoyable and special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beitou! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place were nice and astounding. The car was ao comfortable and the ride was so smooth. The driver, Jackson, was nice too. Unfortunately, we came to the grassland that's full of fog. Therefore, we have another reason to come back to Taiwan, to take photo with clear and nice view of Grassland. It was a nice day tour. We all had fun!

All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.

Taking a hot spring bath for 3 hours is really wonderful; you can soak at a leisurely pace, and even rest a bit afterwards, which is truly great! After checking out, there's dessert to enjoy, and on top of that, they also serve century egg and lean pork congee, red bean soup, ice cream, and more! The only minor drawback is that the hot spring tub is not very large, so you can't fully stretch out your legs!

The hotel staff were very helpful in assisting on how to claim my Klook voucher and guided me to the public hot spring. Moreover, the hot spring facilities were very well maintained and complimentary refreshments were also provided (i.e. chilled packet milk, pocari sweat, and apples). Overall had a pleasant experience at the hot spring in this resort.

Napakagandang biyahe! Ang aming tour guide, si Jenny, ay napakasigla at puno ng enerhiya. Bukod pa rito, ang aming grupo ay binubuo ng iba't ibang nasyonalidad, na nagpaganda pa lalo sa karanasan. Panghuli, napakaganda ng panahon, na nagbigay-daan sa amin upang bisitahin ang lahat ng lugar sa itineraryo. Lubos na inirerekomenda!

During the off-season, you'll find absolute tranquility, allowing you to immerse yourself in a sea of knowledge and enjoy peaceful rejuvenation. The maintenance of the facilities clearly shows the operator's dedication and effort. Compared to the price, it far exceeds expectations, truly living up to its reputation as a premier hot spring destination.

We had a great experience on this tour! Everything was enjoyable and well-organized. Our tour guide (Ma'am Leevi; not sure of the spelling though 😄) was especially nice, kind, and very helpful throughout the trip. We really appreciated the friendly service and the beautiful places we got to visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taipei!

Hindi namin inaasahan na ganoon kalakas ang ulan habang naglilibot, ngunit hindi ito naging hadlang para hindi namin ma-enjoy ang mga lugar na napuntahan namin. Partikular kong inaabangan ang Qintiangang ngunit hindi ko masyadong nakita ang Grassland dahil sa fog at napakalamig din. Napakahusay din ng aming driver na si Mr. Cheng. Nasiyahan kami at tiyak na irerekomenda namin ito.
