My wife, daughter, and I participated in the 6-hour Halong Bay Cruise tour (in Japanese). In the morning, we were picked up promptly at the hotel lobby at the agreed-upon time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything fluently in Japanese, even incorporating some puns. Although the bus seats didn't recline, it was a comfortable ride, cool and a welcome escape from the heat outside, with decent seating. As soon as we boarded the cruise ship, a seafood lunch was served. The air-conditioned cabin offered a good variety of dishes, not overly luxurious, but certainly filling. For the cave tunnel experience, I highly recommend kayaking over the bamboo boat. Sung Sot Cave involved quite a bit of uphill and downhill walking, which made our knees a bit wobbly, but the cave itself was incredibly vast and impressive. Afterward, the view of Halong Bay from the observation deck on Ti Top Island was absolutely stunning. On the way back, we stopped at a rest area for dinner and were treated to pho (which we'd been eating daily on this trip, with varying taste and quality). It was a long day, from 8:10 AM until 8:30 PM, but thanks to our tour guide, it was a very enjoyable tour.

Amazing and seamless experience, from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back! Will definitely recommend booking this tour, and hope Ori will be your guide! She is the best and is very hospitable, her English is also very good.

Wonderful day trip. It was a long day due to travel time there and back, but it was worth it. We had a great guide, and the transportation was well-organized and comfortable. The boat was excellent, with lunch, kayaking, swimming, and beautiful surroundings. The golf cart ride across the island to the cave and museum was also a lot of fun. It was nice that it was small-scale and not overly touristy.

Due to the storm, our tour was rescheduled for a few days later. The tour itself was wonderful. The children were absolutely delighted and wanted to go again. We also really liked our guide, Tinh. Special thanks to him for taking beautiful photos of our entire family.

The trip was great, had an enthusiastic guide Henry who kept the energy levels high throughout the trip. 2nd stop was kayaking or bamboo boat tour. I recommend bamboo boat as its safer. A kayak turned upside down in front of us, thankfully no one was hurt. Overall recommend this day tour.

A day trip to Ha Long Bay truly lives up to its reputation as "Guilin on the Sea"! 🌊 We departed from Hanoi in the morning, and the drive was about 2.5 hours. Although it was a bit far, seeing the emerald green water and thousands of limestone islands made it all worthwhile. Cruising among the islands felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. For lunch, we enjoyed a seafood meal on the boat; the food was decent, but dining with the sea breeze was incredibly pleasant. The biggest highlights were kayaking and exploring the caves, where the water was so clear you could see the bottom. We climbed over 400 steps on Ti Top Island, and the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay from the summit was truly breathtaking. The day trip was indeed a bit rushed, so if possible, I'd recommend staying overnight. However, for a short experience, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it! Our guide, Johnny, was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous in his service – highly commendable.

I signed up after watching a video by a certain YouTuber I like (lol). I was guided by Mr. Nagatomo (TIEN), the same person from the video, and I had a great time throughout. Lunch was very satisfying, with plenty of dishes and generous portions. Also, as noted in the precautions, plastic bottles are not allowed in Ha Long Bay, and since it was a hot day, I bought canned water several times on the boat, but it was expensive, so I highly recommend bringing your own drinks in a reusable water bottle. For the dinner-included plan, they took me to a Vietnamese sticky rice restaurant, and it was delicious! I apologize for being selfish when everyone else had bun cha! lol It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

Ang buong biyahe namin sa cruise ay talagang kahanga-hanga!! Ito ay tunay na isang napakagandang karanasan na sulit ang bawat sentimong ibinayad ko. Ang aming tour guide, si Victor Huy, ay napakamatulungin. Siya ay napaka-accommodating at talagang naglalaan ng oras upang kumonekta sa lahat ng bisita, na nakakatulong upang mapanatili ang isang napakapositibong pakiramdam. Nagbibigay pa nga siya ng mas maginhawang opsyon sa pagkuha at paghatid para sa amin – napaka-flexible at madaling kausap. Ito ang unang beses naming bumisita sa Vietnam at labis akong natutuwa na isinama ko ang biyaheng ito sa aking itinerary. Maraming magagandang alaala na iuwi namin ng aking mga magulang. Gusto ko ring banggitin si Lien na ang ngiti ay napakakomportable. Siya ay napakagalang at palakaibigan, na nagdaragdag sa magandang pakiramdam sa tuwing kami ay kumakain. Gusto kong gawin itong muli kung bibigyan ng pagkakataong makabalik. 🙂

We had a great stay on this cruise and felt it offered excellent value for money. The inclusion of four meals was a major plus, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable throughout. Our itinerary was well-organized; we visited Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and the floating Pearl Factory by tender boat. It was fantastic to have multiple activity choices to suit different paces.The highlight of the service was the Cruise Manager, Tom, who was highly engaging and informative. Though there were minor English language barriers with a few crew members, their warm, helpful, and friendly attitudes more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay.
