The places were xtremely crowded wen we arrived, so u rly had to be quick to take photos. .The time allocated for each attraction was also too short, making the entire itinerary feel very rushed.I wish they had allocated at least 1.5 hours at the pagoda, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and take photos without feeling so pressured, they cud have nformed us b4 booking that the round trip to the top would take around 30min, so we cud hav planned our time better.Evrythng felt like a race against time, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the attractions. kudos to our tour guide, Iris! Although her English wasn’t the strongest, she really dd her best to xplain the history of the places we visited around Mt. Fuji. I appreciate her effort and dedication in sharing what she knew with us.we were also unlucky as Mt. Fuji had no snow cap yet when we visited. Overall, the experience cud have been better w/ a mor relaxed itinerary & clearer expectations beforehand.

Fortunately we were able to see Mt. Fuji completely clear. The guide was very charismatic; although the tour was in English and Spanish, I feel that Spanish is largely overlooked and priority is given to English, and like any tour, it's very fast-paced with little time at the locations. Overall, though, it was very good for a day trip to Mount Fuji and the surrounding area. I recommend it.

Signing up for this Mount Fuji day trip was an overall fantastic experience. Although the weather that day was a bit unstable with some light rain along the way, which prevented some of the views from being as clear as they would be on a sunny day, our driver, Lao Zhang, was very friendly the entire trip and patiently explained local attractions and weather conditions to help us better understand the itinerary. Additionally, the driver recommended some great restaurants based on our preferences. The recommended food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy local cuisine during our trip. The entire itinerary was arranged smoothly, the driver's driving was very steady, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Even though we didn't have the ideal weather this time, the driver's excellent service attitude made this Mount Fuji trip a wonderful memory. If I have the opportunity to travel to Tokyo again next time, I would gladly choose this tour again.

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team

Napakagandang araw ng paglalakbay sa Bundok Fuji kasama si Virginia, ang aming gabay. Lahat ay maayos na naorganisa na may sapat na oras upang makita ang lahat. Napakagaling ni Virginia, tumutulong sa lahat ng oras, nagbibigay ng paliwanag sa mga pinakamagandang lugar na makikita at nagsasalita pa sa Espanyol na (kahit na naiintindihan siya nang perpekto sa Ingles), ay laging nakakatulong. Bukod pa rito, binigyan niya kami ng ilang aralin sa Hapon sa bus. Kung babalik kami, uulitin namin siyang kasama.

What a great experience! We are a group of 3 going with around 6 other people in the same van. Our driver Han was very helpful and fun to chat with. Though he could barely speak English we still was able to chat with him just fine haha. Overall the journey was neatly packed and timed, I recommend everyone to go with a tour guide if you want to go to Fuji as the locations are so far apart from each other, it's nearly impossible to get to all of them in 1 day without a tour guide/driver! The tour was a beatiful day trip! Our guide Antong was very friendly! The bus had working ac, the assigned seating was very convenient! Antong was very patient and helpful throuh out the whole trip. The bus was super clean, and we still were allowed to eat on the bus! Plenty of opportunities to use the restroom! Our guide Antong was also very knowledgeable Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas! Bus driver also was great, safely took us on an 8.5 hour journey!

David was very communicative, professional, and efficient! We appreciated his kindness and sense of humor. The tour was great - we really liked the biking portion.
