Locurile erau extrem de aglomerate când am ajuns, așa că trebuia să fii foarte rapid ca să faci poze. Deși limba ei engleză nu era cea mai fluentă, chiar a făcut tot posibilul să ne explice istoria locurilor vizitate în jurul Muntelui Fuji. Îi apreciez efortul și dedicarea de a ne împărtăși ceea ce știa. De asemenea, am avut ghinion, deoarece Muntele Fuji nu avea încă zăpadă pe vârf când l-am vizitat. Din fericire am putut vedea Muntele Fuji complet senin, ghidul a fost foarte carismatic, deși turul a fost în engleză și spaniolă, simt că limba spaniolă este destul de mult neglijată și i se acordă prioritate limbii engleze și, ca orice tur, este foarte rapid și cu puțin timp petrecut în locuri, dar în general a fost foarte bine pentru o zi la Muntele Fuji și în împrejurimi. Signing up for this Mount Fuji day trip was an overall fantastic experience. Although the weather that day was a bit unstable with some light rain along the way, which prevented some of the views from being as clear as they would be on a sunny day, our driver, Lao Zhang, was very friendly the entire trip and patiently explained local attractions and weather conditions to help us better understand the itinerary. Additionally, the driver recommended some great restaurants based on our preferences. The recommended food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy local cuisine during our trip. The entire itinerary was arranged smoothly, the driver's driving was very steady, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Even though we didn't have the ideal weather this time, the driver's excellent service attitude made this Mount Fuji trip a wonderful memory. If I have the opportunity to travel to Tokyo again next time, I would gladly choose this tour again.

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team

Ce experiență minunată! Suntem un grup de 3 persoane care au călătorit împreună cu alte aproximativ 6 persoane în aceeași dubă. Șoferul nostru, Han, a fost foarte amabil și distractiv de la distanță. Deși abia vorbea engleza, tot am reușit să comunicăm cu el fără probleme, haha. Per total, călătoria a fost bine organizată și cronometrată. Recomand tuturor să apeleze la un ghid turistic dacă vor să viziteze Muntele Fuji, deoarece locațiile sunt foarte îndepărtate una de alta și este aproape imposibil să le vizitezi pe toate într-o singură zi fără un ghid sau un șofer! Încă o dată, mulțumiri lui Han pentru această experiență extraordinară ✨.

Fantastic day trip to Mount Fuji with Virginia, our guide. Everything was well organized with just enough time to see it all. Virginia was fantastic, helping us at all times, giving us explanations of the best places to see, and speaking Spanish, which (although she's perfectly understandable in English) always helps. She even gave us a Japanese lesson on the bus. If we come back, we'll definitely book with her again.

David was very communicative, professional, and efficient! We appreciated his kindness and sense of humor. The tour was great - we really liked the biking portion.

The tour was a beatiful day trip! Our guide Antong was very friendly! The bus had working ac, the assigned seating was very convenient! Antong was very patient and helpful throuh out the whole trip. The bus was super clean, and we still were allowed to eat on the bus! Plenty of opportunities to use the restroom! Our guide Antong was also very knowledgeable Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas! Bus driver also was great, safely took us on an 8.5 hour journey!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself.
