The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel! It’s within walking distance of many free tourist spots and very close to MTR stations, which made it so convenient for exploring Hong Kong. The room isn’t that big, but it was honestly okay and comfortable enough for my stay. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay!

Literally what you see is what you get👌🏼. The staff is very accommodating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Fortunately we are able to checked-in early✨. Everyday room cleaning💗

The last 6 days of my stay at Comfort Guest House Hotel were great. The place is nice, especially the Filipino staff, Ate MJ, who is very approachable. If you want to be close to all the places you want to visit, come here to TST. And choose Comfort Guest House.

Had a great stay here! 🥰 The location is super convenient because it's right next to the MTR station and close to bus stops and tourist spots. Very affordable, the staff was accommodating, and the room was clean, nice, and complete with a heater. Plus, there's a window with a nice view! Although the building downstairs feels a bit like a market, it's comfy and perfect for resting after a long day. Overall, super worth it and definitely recommend this place. 🩷

transport access: near to bus and MTR stations
hotel location: near to shopping areas and restaurants
cleanliness: the hotel is nice and clean
service: staff were very accommodating, also, they allow you to leave your stuff in the lobby if you have some places to go first before checking in or after checking out

It's spacious and fully air-conditioned. Our problem was, the bedsheets had an undesirable smell , they changed it when we complained. The check in instruction and location were confusing. It said that, #42 but when we arrived at their office somebody told us to go to the other side of the building #38 to check in. I think the management needs to improve some aspects of their service for us guests to feel safe and comfortable to stay.

I never expected it to be very homie! The location was very ideal. we ride Bus A21 from the airport which was very cheap compared to airport express train. And you exactly drop off in front of the hotel. very clean property, the housekeeping is excellent they keep your room tidy. the receptionist are ver quick and welcoming. the property is real ideal location close to mtr, bus stops and even good spot to sneakers street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pangkalahatang rating: 8/10
May safe at refrigerator.
Ang ilang front desk staff na hindi masyadong marunong mag-Ingles ay medyo masungit sa mga customer.

Transport Access: Superb. Just a 3-minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (Exit L1/L5), 5 minutes to the Star Ferry Terminal, and very easy to access via city buses from the airport.
Cleanliness: Very Good. Rooms are generally well-maintained, tidy, and modern, though standard rooms are notoriously small (typical for Hong Kong).
Hotel Location: 10/10. Located right on Peking Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. You are steps away from Harbour City, K11, the Avenue of Stars, and local food hotspots like Bakehouse.
Breakfast: Not available. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant for breakfast. However, it is surrounded by endless local bakeries, cha chaan tengs (HK-style cafes), and western cafes.
Service: Friendly and efficient. Guests report a smooth 24-hour check-in process and helpful staff who are happy to assist with luggage storage.
