First time staying in Kowloon for a business trip and it did not disappoint! Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui: What an experience, WOW!! 10/10 from start to finish. Amazingggg guest service, some of the best I’ve ever experienced during my many travels for work in Asia. Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff, from begging to end. I cannot thank you enough for making this trip so special and enjoyable. The pool, restaurants and amenities are a major plus. And special mention to the Spa located in the hotel. Seriously, it’s the best massage treatment I’ve had the chance of receiving. Thank you Iris! I couldn’t be more happy and pleased by the excellent service I’ve received. Thank you a million times, I cannot wait to be back in HK to stay at this hotel. It is worth every dollar! Cheers and see you sooner then later.

the entire property was stunning. we loved our view from the room. bathroom was amazing. service was top tier. bar we visited has a great ambiance and service. we went to do a couples spa day and the massage rooms were amazing and very private. the couples room even has a full tub with an amazing outlook view of the city. definitely will be back!

Great location; very clean; very little detail/attention to client unless you go out of your way to ask; rooms clean and with good mattress/furniture but small. Breakfast: good but not very continental/international inclined. A bit pricey for what is offered.

The best hotel I have stayed in Hk

​A huge thank you to the staff for a perfect stay! After an early morning arrival, they let us freshen up in the gym showers while we waited for our room. The hotel is brand new and spotless, and the harbor view upgrade they gave us was absolutely stunning. 10/10 service. we’ll definitely be back!

Best hotel we have ever stayed in!! It was luxurious, with incredible restaurants (their breakfast was incredible), their facilities are exceptional and their staff just made everything even better. They were all so welcoming and went above and beyond!! Our son was injured, within mins a doctor had arrived! The staff were all checking in on him for the rest of our stay. If you want to be pampered, their day spa is also incredible, i felt so spoilt in there! We would travel back to Hong Kong, just for this hotel! Cant recommend it enough!!

Location is a standout — directly above East TST station, making public transport a breeze. Street level is refreshingly quiet, with plenty of eateries and cafes nearby. Check-in was smooth and attentive. Staff walked me through everything in detail and even escorted me to the lift. A specialty Oolong Tea Soda was offered as a welcome drink — lovely touch, though best served chilled. The room on the 37th floor was the highlight. Opening the door to a direct Victoria Harbour view was simply breathtaking — worth every penny, even on a grey day. The open-concept layout with the separated toilet, shower, and outside bathtub is unique, but comes at the cost of privacy and warmth when the A/C is running. Bed comfort was decent; foam pillows were promptly delivered upon request. The lounge chair by the bay window is a great spot to soak in the view, though the electrical curtains are your best friend when privacy matters. Swim Bar was a mixed experience. Friendly bartender, but felt a little judged on my drink choices. Outdoor seats were fully occupied throughout, which dampened the vibe. The gym is a pleasant surprise — Hyrox-themed with sledge machines, wall balls and more. Well-equipped for functional training, though strictly free weights only — no weight machines. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Great location in Hong Kong! Love the cool design of the rooms! Service is great! Definitely try one of Assim’s drinks at the Pool Club on the 50th floor!
