The staff never reply to emails. There is always a lift out of order. Cleaning staff see you return to the room and want to hate crash. No coffee in the rooms. No full length mirror or small shaving mirror to use when putting contact lenses in. Beds were rock hard so no good if you suffer with your back. Concierge were helpful ordering taxis. Ideally located for the harbour and temple street. A very busy hotel so queues to use the lift at meal times.

The hotel is well situated for travel, shopping and sightseeing. There is a supermarket across the road for incidentals and lots of choice for eating nearby. The rooms were spacious and the showers were great with good water flow. I have stayed here before and I shall return again.
