we were able to find this shop fairly easily with an A-frame sign at the entrance. The area is a shared space with a few other craft workshops as well. There’s a restroom you can use once you are up the stairs. Elvie was our instructor. She gave very good instructions and demonstrations as well as helped with some finishing touches to our chopsticks. They have several types of wood you can upgrade to ranging from 4000 to 8000 yen. There are 3 types that we got to choose from that were already included with the price. I chose the Taiwan Cypress and my brother chose Hinoki. We opted for the optional laser engraving for an additional 1000 yen and it was well worth it! Such a great experience! a lovely souvenir to take back home. I will for sure be using them!

Lee is a magnificent tour guide, he is energetic and humourous and taught me, a foreigner, everything about Japan. My favourite part was with the hungry deers and at the shrine, I was even able to dress in a traditonal kimono and go out to different fascinating places like on the romantic train with beautiful view of the ocean. With Lee as our tour guide boring shrine places instantly become better, he make our tour much more fun than I expected. Also what do you call a deer without eyes? A no eye deer.

Our Kyoto experience were so amazing and fun. Thank you to Zoey for doing a fantastic tour for everyone. It’s been great and educational experience for us. Thank you also to our wonderful bus driver. Isa ito sa mga pinakamagandang ginawa namin sa aming biyahe!! Lahat ay ibinigay na kahanga-hanga at ang mga staff ay napakababait at matulungin! Maganda ang ruta at hindi naman masyadong matindi ang agos. Kung iniisip mong mag-book, lubos ko itong irerekomenda!!

Tour guide Nick is humorous and engaging, fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, with excellent communication skills that make it easy for travelers of different languages to fully participate in the tour. In addition to providing detailed introductions to the history and culture of each Japanese attraction, he weaves in plenty of amusing jokes and personal anecdotes, turning what would otherwise be a standard sightseeing tour into something much more lively and entertaining. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant the entire way, and Nick is warm and attentive, keeping a watchful eye on everyone's needs. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of Japan while enjoying a fun and relaxed travel vibe!

The meeting point was easy to find, and the shuttle bus arrived on time. The small group tour vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and the driver was polite and very enthusiastic. The driver spoke both Chinese and English, so communication was seamless. The time allotted for each attraction was just right, neither rushed nor delayed. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I genuinely recommend it!

I had a wonderful time exploring around the kifune shrine, sanzen-in temple, and arashiyama. My tour guide Kangfu provided me with a lot of details and recommended spots to see before arriving at each location and I was provided with enough time to enjoy myself and see the wonderful sights of Japan.

Actually a great experience with a multilingual guide (Naomi). Timing and guidance was well paced and genuine. The boating activity was excellent and very accessible (and entertaining). There was no end of the day pressuring or "revew begging" from the guides to leave high ratings which really highlighted their professionalism. Thanks for an amazing day.
