For this trip to Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, I chose to stay at The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan. The overall accommodation experience left me extremely satisfied and added many wonderful memories to this journey. I was very fortunate this time to stay in a double suite located on the 28th top floor. Whether it was the room space, comfort, or the overall ambiance, it left a fantastic impression on me. Especially after spending a whole day having fun at Universal Studios, being able to return to such a comfortable room to rest was truly a luxury. What impressed me the most was the attentiveness and friendliness of the hotel staff. Upon check-in, a staff member even accompanied us to the room and personally introduced the room facilities and how to use them, rather than simply handing over the room key and ending the service. Although it was just a small service detail, it made people feel the hotel's care for its guests, adding a sense of warmth and thoughtfulness to the stay. The hotel's location is nothing short of impeccable, being very close to Universal Studios. Whether getting ready to enter the park or returning to the hotel after a full day of fun, it is extremely convenient. A good hotel does not just provide a comfortable accommodation environment; more importantly, it makes travelers feel treated with care. From the room quality and location to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. If I have the opportunity to visit Universal Studios Japan again in the future, I would gladly choose this hotel once more!

The hotel is right next to the JR station; the lobby is immediately to the right after exiting the ticket gate. The hotel lobby is decorated with many Universal Studios characters, which is very welcoming. The room was smaller than expected, but it had a sofa bed, which my child and I really liked. We stayed for three nights in total, and every night we went to the Sky Spa for a bath. While bathing, we could also enjoy the view outside the window. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Lawson, as well as a food court with many delicious options.

For our first family trip abroad, we chose Osaka USJ and decided to stay nearby. After comparing several hotels, we booked two nights here, and it was wonderful! :) The amenities were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot dogs, hotcakes, and ice cream provided, which made our trip even better!!

My stay at Hotel Universal Port in Osaka was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, the facilities were new, and the atmosphere was cozy. The location is very convenient, close to Universal Studios Japan, and the staff were friendly and polite, making for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka!

The directions to the accommodation were great, and it was wonderful to have a direct view of Universal Studios. It was also convenient that luggage delivery from the airport to the accommodation was available (around 7,000-8,000 yen for two bags), and you could also arrange delivery from the accommodation to the airport upon checkout (for a fee). There was a form in the room to write down the address. The room was spacious, which was great for storing luggage. There was no bottled water, but there was a water dispenser, so you could fill up a water bottle. I bought bottled water on my way in. The accommodation provided large-sized amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleanser, and bath liquid. I would definitely like to stay here again. Please note that if you're coming by subway, the Osaka Amazing Pass does not cover this route, so you'll need to purchase a separate ticket.

What can I say? We stayed in a deluxe room with breakfast included for two days, and the price was so reasonable, and it was truly comfortable! The hotel is charmingly decorated, so the kids loved it, and they even gave us mini bags as gifts right when we arrived, which made the little ones so happy! Haha. The location is right in front of Universal Studios, and you can see everything happening at Universal from the room, haha. Since we were with young children, it was impossible to stand in line early in the morning. I woke up at 7 AM and looked outside, and there were already hundreds of people in line, haha. So, I decided it would be better to have breakfast and then enter at a more leisurely pace. We also comfortably had dinner at Universal City and used the convenience store. If I ever go back, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very close to USJ, about a 5-minute walk, directly facing the Universal Studios entrance, making its location extremely convenient. The quad room features individual single beds, which were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and communicated fluently in English, making us feel very welcome. It's also close to Universal City Station, offering excellent transportation access. The breakfast selection was extensive and of high quality; every recommended dish was delicious. This is a hotel highly recommended for family trips.

Excellent location, 10 minutes from USJ. Very welcoming staff. The breakfast is really good for the very reasonable price. Two convenience stores right next door.

This hotel truly deserves 10 stars! It's right in front of Universal City Station, and it's only a 3-minute walk to Universal Studios for an adult. There's a convenience store and Starbucks on the first floor, and plenty of restaurants around the accommodation. It was the perfect location for an early entry to Universal Studios. I've visited Japan about 10 times, but this was the first time I'd stayed in a room this spacious. Our family of four was very comfortable with four single beds. The breakfast was also perfectly adequate. Perhaps because it's a kid-friendly place, the kids' amenities were also plentiful. I highly recommend it!👍👍
