We stayed here for one night while visiting USJ, and it was the perfect location. The hotel is just a short walk from Universal Studios Japan and right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although we didn't have time to try the skyspa during this stay, it looked wonderful. Next time, we'd love to stay for a few nights so we can relax and enjoy the spa as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and super convenient for going to universal studios

PERFECT LOCATION! Stay here if you're going to USJ. You get off the train and the hotel is 20 steps from the terminal. This is great if youre short on time!

Clean, good location, spacious

Great location for Universal Studios. Right above the train line so also convenient for going into Osaka. Great value. Only downside was breakfast was repetitive- some variety would have been nice. Would stay again.

Perfect access (30seconds from station and 3mins walk to USJ main entrance) and hotel was spacious and clean. Love the public bath with sauna and cold water as additional. The hotel hospitality and quality stay high but price was reasonable. If I visit USJ again, definitely book this hotel again!

When requested a full room cleaning, I would expect everything would be the same as when checking in, however, cups were not replaced and it did not appear to be vacuumed, which was a shame.

The washlet in my room was not enough power to clean even though I put the maximum power. But everything else was perfect. The location, spa, amenities and the fridge in the room. The beds are very comfortable. Thank you.

The location of this property is excellent and that was the main reason we booked this hotel and the onsen skyspa. However - American travelers beware, you can NOT wear a bathing suit in the onsen - it is nude only. I understand this is the culture but the hotel should emphasize that when booking. I chose this hotel over others for the sky spa and didn’t use it. In addition, this property needs some serious upgrades and cleaning. The main entry way was always dirty and set the tone. The main lobby area was well maintained and beautiful but when you get to the elevators that’s where it ends. Elevator, hallway to rooms and rooms all need refreshed and well cleaned. Our bathrooms were so small felt like on a cruise ship or dorm room. And there was black mold around the bottom rim of tubs. The lounges were badly stained and very dirty. There was a bad smell in the rooms. If it wasn’t for the location, I would rate this 2 stars overall.
