The accommodation's location near Shinsaibashi Station, in a relatively bustling area, was perfect for coming and going, especially when we had luggage or wanted to rest for a bit! When we first checked in, the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything thoroughly, which we really appreciated. Upon entering the room, we were even more satisfied because it was larger than we expected and impeccably clean! I had worried about the typical small size of Japanese hotel rooms, wondering if there would be space to open our suitcases, but even with a large suitcase, it was very easy to open. It was also great for organizing our belongings and comfortable for two people. Since it was just my friend and I traveling, I had many concerns about the accommodation being uncomfortable, but the cost, transportation, location, and service were all absolutely wonderful. If I visit Osaka again, I would definitely stay at this accommodation again! Thanks to the convenient accommodation and excellent service, we had a wonderful time in Japan. Thank you very much!

Though small, it has all the essential amenities. The room is a bit small, but it's clean and quiet, which is great. The hotel staff are very friendly. For breakfast, there are two menus that rotate daily, offering both Western and Japanese options. Overall, it's an affordable price with decent amenities. The best part is having a washing and drying machine. It saves me the trouble of finding a laundromat in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel. I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The hotel is located close to public transportation, restaurants and bars, which is very convenient and at the same time the street where it's located is tranquil... The room and bathroom are small but with enough room for comfort. Exactly what I needed.

I'll definitely choose this accommodation in Osaka again next time. It's friendly, clean, and they provide daily cleaning service and replace disposable amenities—it's the best. The public bath was too hot for me to enter, but thanks to the large bath where I could wash with my child, we had a refreshing bath. Every day, the beginning and end of our pleasant memories were cozy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shinsaibashi and would definitely book here again! The location is one of its biggest strengths—it’s within walking distance of so many iconic spots in Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Having a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel was also a huge plus. I also really appreciated that the hotel provided a hair iron and a clothing steamer upon request, which made getting ready so much easier. The amenities were great as well—the cleansing oil was from DHC, which was such a nice surprise! The room was clean and comfortable overall. The only minor issue we noticed was some dust that had accumulated behind and along the sides of the fridge, but it didn't affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We'd happily stay here again!

this hotel was great! My daughter got her own little bag of a duck. It was cute and I was filled with so many toiletries and things that she definitely didn’t need, but definitely wanted. I love the way the room was split into and the air conditioner was amazing and so was the TV and the Wi-Fi. The buffet was ok, I’d skip it. definitely recommend to the kitchen staff if they did like pancakes or waffles. Or you could even do a waffle station or pancake station or you just leave the batter there that people can pre-mix or you could have it premix and then just pour it in the waffle or pancake pan and just cook it.

you will never go wrong staying at tuis hotel. It's near Dotonbori, sops, restaurants. You will never get bored if you stay at this hotel.

This hotel is very close to Shinsaibashi, and there's an underground shopping street downstairs that connects to various subway stations nearby. Right below the hotel, there's a 24-hour supermarket with everything you could possibly need! The hotel room, though small, has all the essentials. The cleanliness was excellent ✌🏻 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka. It's superb!

I stayed in a twin-bedded room, and the price was very affordable, with a decent room size. It's close to Dotonbori, and having a FamilyMart and Aeon Mall right next door was very convenient. However, there was occasional noise from the hallway outside the room, and although there was a window, it was covered with a gray blind, so there was no view at all. Cleaning was scheduled for the fourth night, so we, who stayed for three nights, did not receive cleaning service. Nevertheless, we used the room without much inconvenience. It had a bathtub, and the hot water worked well. It was a non-smoking room, and there was no odor, which was great. Disposable toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, and razors were provided on the first floor for guests to take as needed, which was convenient. Water was not provided, so we bought some nearby. There was only one pillow, which caused back and neck pain, so I requested an additional pillow, and the counter staff kindly assisted, which I appreciated. On some floors, there was an ice machine next to the elevator for guests to use. It's also close to the meeting point for bus tours. Breakfast was 20,000 yen per person, but I didn't sign up for it, so I didn't get to try it. If I have the chance, I would like to visit again.
