Mga bagay na dapat gawin sa Chiang Mai Old City

Thanks for our tour guide, Immy. She is full of the knowledge of the history and temple related. And she is also patient to any of my questions. The temples are very beautiful and walking in this area is let me feel peace. Above all, this is a excellent tour for who wants to know more about history of Chiangmai.

Lubos akong nasiyahan sa aking pagbisita sa Makkha Health & Spa Old Town Chiang Mai para sa masahe, at nagpapasalamat din ako sa dedikasyon ng staff at therapist. Pagpasok pa lang, nakakarelax na agad ang kapaligiran. Ang lumang bahay ay may kakaibang ambiance, at ang buong lugar ay malinis, tahimik, at komportable. Ang mga staff ay napakabait at magalang din. Ang therapist ay napakapropesyonal, at ang lakas ng masahe ay tama lang. Hindi ka nila ipapahiya o pahihirapan sa proseso, at talagang unti-unti nilang inalis ang pagod na naipon sa biyahe. Pagkatapos ng masahe, gumaan ang pakiramdam ng buong katawan ko, at mas nakapag-relax din ako. Lubos kong inirerekomenda ang lugar na ito. Hindi lang komportable ang masahe, kundi ang buong karanasan, ang kapaligiran, at ang mga detalye ng serbisyo ay perpekto. Sulit na isama ito sa inyong itineraryo kapag bumisita kayo sa Chiang Mai. We had a group size of 8 with people from 3 different countries! Our guide shared some history of Chiang Mai and of the 2 temples we were visiting. Duration was just right and thankful for the transportation to and from hotel!

Not worth for private tour, maybe group tour okay. Chian Mai is so small you can see everything youself.

My first trip to Chiang Mai on May 8, 2026, left me with unforgettable memories. From JJ's initial introduction and explanation, I could feel the park's dedication to this project. It wasn't a commercial performance tour, but rather one that truly prioritized the elephants' lives and care. The itinerary included a fruit feeding experience, but more time was spent quietly observing the elephants living freely, walking, playing in the water, and interacting. There were no forced performances or rides; instead, we accompanied and got to know them in the most natural way. I also want to tell everyone that if you come to Chiang Mai, an experience like this is truly worthwhile. Even though the journey is a bit long, I hope everyone can understand that it's precisely because they are far from the city that they have more spacious land to roam freely. Watching them live so freely, it felt as if I could sense the elephants' genuine happiness and the feeling of being well-treated.

When you visit Chiang Mai, a city known for its relaxed pace, exploring temples is a must! Our guide, Ms. Immy, was absolutely lovely and communicated well in English. The tour included three temples, and she explained the culture and origins of each. Please note that women are not allowed in some smaller temples next to the main ones, but the main temples are always accessible. Afterward, she took us to a local traditional market. Since it was April and very hot, Immy first treated us to some famous Thai iced tea. Once inside the market, you can tell your guide what you'd like to buy, and she'll take you to the right vendors. The prices in the market are very affordable, making it a great place to buy souvenirs. Finally, our guide also treated us to some local specialty snacks. It was a wonderful trip!
