Pumunta kami sa isang araw na paglalakbay sa Auschwitz at Birkenau kasama si Kate bilang aming drayber. Siya ay maagap, masayahin, at ginawang napakaginhawa ang paglalakbay. Ang aming gabay sa lugar, si Kasja, ay napakatalino at madaling maintindihan. Isang matindi ngunit napakaayos na karanasan — sulit ang bawat sentimo.

if you have a limited amount of time in Krakow, this tour is well worth it. I had 3 days in town and this one tour hit 3 items I wanted to do. If you have a bit longer, id recommend spreading the tours out. After Aushwitz, doing Birkenau right after was very heavy. The information was heartbreaking and somber- by the time we got to the Salt mines, I was already so tired. Highly recommend this tour. Staff was very friendly, punctual and accommodating. These tickets also get you to the front of every line, which is a plus!

This tour is highly recommended if you are staying in Krakow for more than 2 days! Tasting the traditional cheese and vodka was a very special experience! The scenery was great too!

The content was substantial, and I learned a great deal. The audio guide was very helpful. Following the guide took about two hours. I think I might have been less tired if I had taken breaks at the restrooms or cafes along the way.

We booked on Klook with KrakowDirect. The driver MATT was fantastic. The Salt Mines were great and the guide there was really good. Auschwitz was an experience, and the guide was good for Auschwitz I. Unfortunately for Auschwitz II-Birkenau, the weather suggested it was going to rain, and she clearly didn’t want to be out for it (even though the other tour guides were continuing). As such, she cut the trip short and only took us to the women’s barracks, cutting the tour time down to a meagre 20-30mins. Twice she asked if we all just wanted to leave and not do the tour, several of us objected and asked about going by ourselves, and she said it was up to us. We did go alone, which meant we had to experience the monument without the guide’s knowledge and insight.

the trip to zakopane was very smooth from pick up to drop off..Niko the guide was very informative and fun guide. the only thing i didnt like was that zakopane was very crowded and just full of vendors, and the same at the thermal pool just overly crowded.

This tour is highly recommended if you enjoy sightseeing with the audio introduction of places and history on the river cruise! The scenery was great too!

An excellent and relaxing experience in the heart of the Old Town of Warsaw, I would definitely recommend for any fan of music (regardless of the genre you may usually listen to).

Our driver Piotr was right on time and very friendly, which made the start of the experience smooth and pleasant. The shooting range itself was an absolutely incredible experience. Everything was clearly explained, and the session was guided by skilled professionals who made us feel safe and confident throughout. It was exciting, well organized, and truly unforgettable.
