We maakten een dagtocht naar Auschwitz en Birkenau met Kate als onze chauffeur. Ze was punctueel, vrolijk en maakte de reis erg aangenaam. Onze gids ter plaatse, Kasja, was ongelooflijk deskundig en gemakkelijk te begrijpen. Een intense maar zeer goed georganiseerde ervaring - elke cent waard

Erg handige tour - de chauffeur haalde ons op van een zeer centrale locatie in Krakau en zette ons recht voor de ingang van de zoutmijn af. Vervolgens sloten we ons aan bij de tour georganiseerd door de zoutmijn en het ziet er indrukwekkend uit van binnen!

if you have a limited amount of time in Krakow, this tour is well worth it. I had 3 days in town and this one tour hit 3 items I wanted to do. If you have a bit longer, id recommend spreading the tours out. After Aushwitz, doing Birkenau right after was very heavy. The information was heartbreaking and somber- by the time we got to the Salt mines, I was already so tired. Highly recommend this tour. Staff was very friendly, punctual and accommodating. These tickets also get you to the front of every line, which is a plus!

This tour is highly recommended if you are staying in Krakow for more than 2 days! Tasting the traditional cheese and vodka was a very special experience! The scenery was great too!

Geweldige ervaring. Denk eraan om in de zomer een paraplu en een ventilator mee te nemen. Het tweede deel van de tour heeft helemaal geen schaduw.

De inhoud was uitgebreid en ik heb veel geleerd. De audiogids was erg nuttig. Het duurde ongeveer 2 uur om de gids te volgen. Ik denk dat ik minder moe zou zijn geweest als ik onderweg pauzes had genomen bij toiletten of cafés.

We booked on Klook with KrakowDirect. The driver MATT was fantastic. The Salt Mines were great and the guide there was really good. Auschwitz was an experience, and the guide was good for Auschwitz I. Unfortunately for Auschwitz II-Birkenau, the weather suggested it was going to rain, and she clearly didn’t want to be out for it (even though the other tour guides were continuing). As such, she cut the trip short and only took us to the women’s barracks, cutting the tour time down to a meagre 20-30mins. Twice she asked if we all just wanted to leave and not do the tour, several of us objected and asked about going by ourselves, and she said it was up to us. We did go alone, which meant we had to experience the monument without the guide’s knowledge and insight.

De reis naar Zakopane verliep erg soepel, van ophalen tot afzetten. Niko de gids was zeer informatief en leuk. Het enige wat ik niet prettig vond, was dat Zakopane erg druk was en vol met verkopers, en hetzelfde gold voor het thermale bad, dat gewoon overvol was.

This tour is highly recommended if you enjoy sightseeing with the audio introduction of places and history on the river cruise! The scenery was great too!

An excellent and relaxing experience in the heart of the Old Town of Warsaw, I would definitely recommend for any fan of music (regardless of the genre you may usually listen to).

Our driver Piotr was right on time and very friendly, which made the start of the experience smooth and pleasant. The shooting range itself was an absolutely incredible experience. Everything was clearly explained, and the session was guided by skilled professionals who made us feel safe and confident throughout. It was exciting, well organized, and truly unforgettable.
