Bratislava

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We checked out early at around 4:00 a.m., and they kindly packed our breakfast since we couldn't enjoy the breakfast buffet because of our early flight. A special thank you to the front desk staff member who checked us in and checked us out—your kindness was truly appreciated. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, and the food was amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel where the food was this good—it was definitely the highlight of our stay! The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. We didn't expect it to be so large, and everything was spotless and very clean. If you're staying in Bratislava, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back to Bratislava, I will definitely stay here again!

I'm writing this review to sincerely thank you for our guide, Lucky, for his amazing guidance during our day tour covering **Vienna → Bratislava → Budapest** . From the very beginning, your relaxed and friendly style made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable.

had a great trip with great group of people. the red stone castle was impressive. too bad we did not get to enter Davin castle due to some festival going on. Richard is very accommodating to every guests and a very skillful driver too. He tried his best to fulfill the compact itinerary. would suggest to revise the itinerary to only 2 castles and spend more hours in Bratislava old town. overall it was a great trip.

Highly recommend! 10/10 💙🇦🇹 We booked this tour at the last minute, and it was fantastic. They picked us up from our hotel in Bratislava. Our driver was very polite, friendly, and explained everything about each destination. He made us feel very comfortable. Our driver and guide shared all the history of each places, he took our tons of pictures which was so lovely, He even let us play our own music, which made the trip more fun. We shared some beautiful stories and had a great time together. They also provided snacks and bottled water, and stopped for small breaks during the trip. The tour was amazing! 🤩 We really enjoyed Austria 🇦🇹. It is such a beautiful place, and we already miss it. This tour operator is very professional, I really enjoyed this tour. Napakagandang karanasan namin kay Lutfi. Siya ay napakatalino, nakakatawa, at palakaibigan, at ipinakita niya sa amin ang lahat ng kaya niya sa limitadong oras na mayroon kami. Kumuha si Lutfi ng isang tao upang kumuha ng group photo namin at pagkatapos ay gumawa ng AI newspaper cutout tungkol sa pagbisita namin sa Bratislava Castle (na kaming lahat ay nakasuot ng suit), na isang nakakatawa at magandang personal touch. Nagbigay din siya ng kanyang mga rekomendasyon para sa mga atraksyon at kainan sa bawat lungsod. Sa kabila ng kaunting masamang panahon sa bahagi ng Buda, nakabisita pa rin kami sa lahat ng pangunahing atraksyon. Sa kasamaang palad, dahil sa kakulangan ng oras, hindi namin nabisita ang Gyor, bagaman, sa aking narinig, hindi naman ito gaanong kapansin-pansin bisitahin. Pakitandaan na ang Buda Castle ay hindi bahagi ng tour na ito dahil aabutin ng ilang oras ang pagbisita dito. Sa kabuuan, lubos kong irerekomenda ang biyaheng ito, lalo na kung kasama si Lutfi! Pro tip: Hilingin sa guide na ipakita sa inyo ang Blue Church sa Bratislava. Maliit ito ngunit napakaganda!

I like this tour very much because within 1 day I was able to see a beautiful places in 2 countries ( Slovakia & Austria) .Learnt about their histories & getting around to get to know their culture & people. Thanks a lot to our Tour Guide Samuel for this beautiful experience & tour . I do appreciated it very much . I strongly suggested this tour to those has limited holiday but want to experience beautiful places & relaxing . Our guide, Michal H, was great and shared many stories and answered all our questions patiently. He also gave us some snacks to enjoy as well as some drinks ;) due to traffic conditions, we were late to Štrbské Pleso but he did not rush us and allowed us to spend a longer time there and have dinner as it would take more than 2 hours to be back in town. We got lucky because there was no fog so it was really beautiful, possibly the highlight of my Slovakia trip! We had toilet breaks at rest areas and Michal sent everyone back, it was almost midnight when I reached my hotel. Highly recommend Michal, you'll have a great time with him!

We enjoyed the Catamaran boat ride from Bratislava to Vienna. The boat left sharp at 6.30 PM and reached Vienna at 8.00 PM
