I'm writing this review to sincerely thank you for our guide, Lucky, for his amazing guidance during our day tour covering **Vienna → Bratislava → Budapest** . From the very beginning, your relaxed and friendly style made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable.

Ik heb een geweldige reis gehad met een fantastische groep mensen. Het rode stenen kasteel was indrukwekkend. Jammer dat we kasteel Devín niet konden bezoeken vanwege een festival. Richard was zeer tegemoetkomend naar alle gasten en ook een zeer bekwame chauffeur. Hij deed zijn best om de compacte reisroute te volgen. Ik zou willen voorstellen om de reisroute aan te passen naar slechts 2 kastelen en meer tijd door te brengen in de oude binnenstad van Bratislava. Over het algemeen was het een geweldige reis.

This was an excellent guided tour, my first visit to Slovakia, led by our guide Sasha. Hainburg Castle has a somewhat steep path, so I recommend taking your time as you ascend. The tour visits a total of three castles (Hainburg, Bratislava, and Devin) and includes sightseeing in Bratislava city center and the Slavin Memorial. I especially recommend paying the extra entrance fee to go up to the top of Devin Castle. The castles you see on this tour feel more like fortresses than traditional European castles.

We hadden een geweldige ervaring met Lutfi. Hij was zeer deskundig, grappig en vriendelijk en liet ons zoveel mogelijk zien in de beperkte tijd die we hadden. Lutfi liet iemand een groepsfoto van ons maken en maakte vervolgens een AI-krantenknipsel over ons bezoek aan het Kasteel van Bratislava (met ons allemaal in pak), wat een grappige en geweldige persoonlijke touch was. Hij gaf ook zijn aanbevelingen voor attracties en eetgelegenheden in elke stad. Ondanks een beetje slecht weer aan de Buda-kant, hebben we toch alle belangrijke attracties bezocht. Helaas konden we door tijdgebrek Gyor niet bezoeken, hoewel het, naar ik hoor, sowieso niet zo bijzonder is om te bezoeken. Houd er rekening mee dat het Buda-kasteel geen deel uitmaakt van deze tour, aangezien een bezoek uren duurt. Al met al zou ik deze reis ten zeerste aanbevelen, vooral als het met Lutfi is! Pro-tip: Vraag de gids om je de Blauwe Kerk in Bratislava te laten zien. Het is klein maar echt prachtig!

Highly recommend! 10/10 💙🇦🇹 We booked this tour at the last minute, and it was fantastic. They picked us up from our hotel in Bratislava. Our driver was very polite, friendly, and explained everything about each destination. He made us feel very comfortable. Our driver and guide shared all the history of each places, he took our tons of pictures which was so lovely, He even let us play our own music, which made the trip more fun. We shared some beautiful stories and had a great time together. They also provided snacks and bottled water, and stopped for small breaks during the trip. The tour was amazing! 🤩 We really enjoyed Austria 🇦🇹. It is such a beautiful place, and we already miss it. This tour operator is very professional, I really enjoyed this tour. We enjoyed the Catamaran boat ride from Bratislava to Vienna. The boat left sharp at 6.30 PM and reached Vienna at 8.00 PM

Onze gids, Michal H, was geweldig en deelde veel verhalen en beantwoordde al onze vragen geduldig. Hij gaf ons ook wat snacks en drankjes ;) vanwege de verkeersdrukte waren we laat in Štrbské Pleso, maar hij haastte ons niet en liet ons daar langer blijven en dineren, aangezien het meer dan 2 uur zou duren om terug in de stad te zijn. We hadden geluk, want er was geen mist, dus het was echt prachtig, mogelijk het hoogtepunt van mijn reis naar Slowakije! We hadden toiletpauzes bij rustplaatsen en Michal bracht iedereen terug; het was bijna middernacht toen ik mijn hotel bereikte. Ik raad Michal ten zeerste aan, je zult een geweldige tijd met hem hebben!

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We checked out early at around 4:00 a.m., and they kindly packed our breakfast since we couldn't enjoy the breakfast buffet because of our early flight. A special thank you to the front desk staff member who checked us in and checked us out—your kindness was truly appreciated. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, and the food was amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel where the food was this good—it was definitely the highlight of our stay! The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. We didn't expect it to be so large, and everything was spotless and very clean. If you're staying in Bratislava, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back to Bratislava, I will definitely stay here again!

Experience: The sunrise is incredibly moving, watching the sun emerge from the horizon. Because sunrise tours require an early start, there are usually fewer people, and the instructors often take the opportunity to capture many beautiful photos. Safety: The waters around Suogang are actually quite safe. Under the guidance of an instructor and with the protection of a life vest, it's quite easy to get back on the board if you accidentally fall into the water (the instructor will also help you get back on).
