I'm writing this review to sincerely thank you for our guide, Lucky, for his amazing guidance during our day tour covering **Vienna → Bratislava → Budapest** . From the very beginning, your relaxed and friendly style made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable.

had a great trip with great group of people. the red stone castle was impressive. too bad we did not get to enter Davin castle due to some festival going on. Richard is very accommodating to every guests and a very skillful driver too. He tried his best to fulfill the compact itinerary. would suggest to revise the itinerary to only 2 castles and spend more hours in Bratislava old town. overall it was a great trip.

This was an excellent guided tour, my first visit to Slovakia, led by our guide Sasha. Hainburg Castle has a somewhat steep path, so I recommend taking your time as you ascend. The tour visits a total of three castles (Hainburg, Bratislava, and Devin) and includes sightseeing in Bratislava city center and the Slavin Memorial. I especially recommend paying the extra entrance fee to go up to the top of Devin Castle. The castles you see on this tour feel more like fortresses than traditional European castles.

Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse med Lutfi. Han var meget vidende, sjov og venlig og viste os så meget, som han kunne, på den begrænsede tid, vi havde. Lutfi fik en til at tage et gruppebillede af os og lavede derefter et AI-avisudklip om vores besøg på Bratislava Slot (med os alle i jakkesæt), hvilket var en sjov og fantastisk personlig detalje. Han gav også sine anbefalinger til attraktioner og spisesteder i hver af byerne. På trods af lidt dårligt vejr på Buda-siden fik vi stadig besøgt alle de store attraktioner. Desværre kunne vi på grund af tidsmangel ikke besøge Gyor, selvom det, efter hvad jeg har hørt, alligevel ikke er så bemærkelsesværdigt at besøge. Bemærk venligst, at Buda Slot ikke er en del af denne tur, da det tager timer at besøge. Alt i alt vil jeg varmt anbefale denne tur, især hvis det er med Lutfi! Pro tip: Bed guiden om at vise dig Den Blå Kirke i Bratislava. Den er lille, men virkelig smuk!

Highly recommend! 10/10 💙🇦🇹 We booked this tour at the last minute, and it was fantastic. They picked us up from our hotel in Bratislava. Our driver was very polite, friendly, and explained everything about each destination. He made us feel very comfortable. Our driver and guide shared all the history of each places, he took our tons of pictures which was so lovely, He even let us play our own music, which made the trip more fun. We shared some beautiful stories and had a great time together. They also provided snacks and bottled water, and stopped for small breaks during the trip. The tour was amazing! 🤩 We really enjoyed Austria 🇦🇹. It is such a beautiful place, and we already miss it. This tour operator is very professional, I really enjoyed this tour. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Highly recommended 💙

We enjoyed the Catamaran boat ride from Bratislava to Vienna. The boat left sharp at 6.30 PM and reached Vienna at 8.00 PM

Our guide, Michal H, was great and shared many stories and answered all our questions patiently. He also gave us some snacks to enjoy as well as some drinks ;) due to traffic conditions, we were late to Štrbské Pleso but he did not rush us and allowed us to spend a longer time there and have dinner as it would take more than 2 hours to be back in town. We got lucky because there was no fog so it was really beautiful, possibly the highlight of my Slovakia trip! We had toilet breaks at rest areas and Michal sent everyone back, it was almost midnight when I reached my hotel. Highly recommend Michal, you'll have a great time with him!

Experience: The sunrise is incredibly moving, watching the sun emerge from the horizon. Because sunrise tours require an early start, there are usually fewer people, and the instructors often take the opportunity to capture many beautiful photos. Safety: The waters around Suogang are actually quite safe. Under the guidance of an instructor and with the protection of a life vest, it's quite easy to get back on the board if you accidentally fall into the water (the instructor will also help you get back on).

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We checked out early at around 4:00 a.m., and they kindly packed our breakfast since we couldn't enjoy the breakfast buffet because of our early flight. A special thank you to the front desk staff member who checked us in and checked us out—your kindness was truly appreciated. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, and the food was amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel where the food was this good—it was definitely the highlight of our stay! The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. We didn't expect it to be so large, and everything was spotless and very clean. If you're staying in Bratislava, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back to Bratislava, I will definitely stay here again!
