This stay truly exceeded my expectations and provided a very pleasant accommodation experience! Firstly, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, nearby attractions, and a wide variety of restaurant choices, which is a major plus for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel exterior is impressive, and the interior environment is clean and elegant. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and comfort. The service staff, Jia-Ru Pan, was very friendly and professional, providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which made me feel valued. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness, a soft and comfortable bed, and complete amenities, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and the service was very attentive, putting me in a good mood to start the day. The hotel's facilities are also complete, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and spa, which made me feel very secure and relaxed while using them. Overall, the Fullon Hotel deserves praise for both its hardware facilities and service quality. It is a quality hotel that I would visit again and recommend to friends. The environment is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. When we needed an extra blanket, it was delivered immediately. My family and I thought the facilities at LOHO House were excellent! It's a pity that the gym equipment is old, possibly because it hasn't been updated due to low usage.

Having stayed at various branches of Kindness Hotel multiple times, the Hualien branch is relatively large-scale, with many rooms and spacious areas. The environment is clean, tidy, and comfortable. You can see employees mopping the floors and wiping the tables early in the morning, not being careless at all. No wonder there are so many guests staying here. The midnight snacks are diverse and comparable to a regular meal, allowing guests to eat their fill. The breakfast is even more abundant, with spicy wontons, Taiwanese meatball, shumai, fried dumplings, Cantonese congee... many varieties. It's worth mentioning that the longan glutinous rice porridge is excellent! It's the top choice for travelers to stay. Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel is perfect for families with kids, and the ocean view is absolutely stunning! My first time staying at the Farglory Hotel was truly amazing! ✔️ The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an incredible ocean view right outside the window – super relaxing! ✔️ There are plenty of facilities to keep the kids entertained, including a pool, a play area, and a shuttle bus to the Ocean Park. ✔️ The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and the restaurant is clean, bright, and has great service. ✔️ Overall, the staff is very friendly, and you can tell that the management is excellent. This is a great hotel that I would definitely visit again, and I especially recommend it to families with children. You have to come and stay here at least once!

Overall, a very good experience. The booking process was simple and the instructions for use were clear. On-site redemption/entry was smooth, the staff were friendly, the itinerary was well-organized, and the price was reasonable. I would use Klook again to book other activities.

Maganda ang lahat, pero nakakalito ang proseso ng pagpapaupo sa kainan at ang shuttle service. Para makatipid ng oras ang mga staff, mas gusto nilang maghintay ang maraming customer sa may pintuan. Dumating na ang shuttle bus 15 minuto bago umalis, pero pinapabalik pa ang mga customer pagkatapos ng 10 minuto para kunin ang kanilang numero.

The front desk staff is friendly, the environment is clean and tidy, the mini-bar and reception area are spacious and comfortable, offering snacks, refreshments, coffee, and various beverages for guests to enjoy, creating a very warm atmosphere. The guest rooms are decorated in a refreshing and clean style. It offers great value for the price, making it a great place for travelers to stay.

This was my first time using Klook to find accommodations, and I didn't expect to find such an affordable hotel! Besides the cheap price, the service and accommodation space were almost like a three-star hotel or better. Such a great price even includes breakfast. The hotel location is also very central, making it suitable for a deep dive into Hualien. In addition, there is a parking lot. I will definitely come again next time.

There's an indoor parking garage in the basement, but the parking spaces are quite small. The ground-level parking spots on the first floor are much easier to park in. The TV didn't have a signal when I turned it on. I called the front desk, and they said it might be under maintenance. I mentioned it to the front desk again when I checked out the next day, and they said they might have forgotten to connect the signal XD. The environment is comfortable and clean overall. For a price of just over a thousand dollars, there's not much to complain about.
