Traveling around Hokkaido can be a bit inconvenient, so joining a tour is the best way to visit scenic spots in the countryside. The departure point at the North Exit of Sapporo Station is very easy to find. This time, I joined a tour with PST, led by Hikaru (the guide in the yellow hat). He is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese, and shared a wealth of knowledge about Hokkaido and its local cuisine throughout the trip. His explanations on the bus were very thorough. He spoke in both Mandarin and English, making sure neither group was left out, and delivered them in a lively, engaging, and attentive manner. Hikaru also proactively offered to take photos for everyone, finding the best angles for the tour members. At the souvenir shop, Hikaru introduced the most delicious and useful items without any hard selling. Before leaving, he even handed out drugstore discount coupons. There were 47 people in our group, but everyone was friendly and punctual, and the bus seats were very comfortable. We visited five different attractions in one day, all of which were stunning and featured autumn foliage. It is definitely worth a visit. At only 7,000 yen, this tour is an incredible value with high cost-performance. I highly recommend it to everyone!

As a solo traveler I had a great time on this tour - we caught a decent variety of attractions for what the nearby attractions have to offer. The best part was the guide, Alex; he pulled off a trilingual trifecta for the group with Mandarin, English and Japanese. He explained more about the places we were going to than any of the numerous bus tours I’ve been on. The next time I return to Sapporo/Hokkaido region with the family I’ll defiantly try this tour again, and hopefully I’ll get Alex as the same guide again.

We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

All the spots we visited were gorgeous! Our tour guide, Xiao Weng, was also wonderful. He introduced the attractions, gave advice on what to buy and how to make the most of our time, and more. I was originally hesitating between this and another package that included Makkari Village to see Mount Yotei, but I didn't expect that I'd get to see Mount Yotei from the TOYA Observatory today anyway! It was stunning and gave me such a pleasant surprise 🫶🏻 Also, Cape Chikyu is truly worth visiting, though it seems less common in other tour packages. You can see from the videos how calm and gentle the color of the sea is 🫶🏻 Plus, there was actually a refrigerator on the bus! But I left my white pudding behind in the car 🤣 Good thing I was able to contact the staff immediately via WhatsApp. Their customer service was great and their response time was super fast. Highly recommended overall!

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.
