Taipei: Kusina ng Paglalakbay sa Taiwan | Klase sa Pagluluto (Pearl Milk Tea, Pritong Manok na Maalat, Kakaning Bigas)

> I thought the class was only about cooking. But while we were waiting for the chicken to marinate, Kevin took me outside and told me stories about Dihua Old Street and the market. He taught me gently, step by step. The recipe was easy and simple, so I think I could make it again when I get back home. I’d definitely recommend this class if you’re interested in cooking and want to learn more about local food and cultural history.

very lovely! we did the bubble tea, popcorn chicken and sticky rice class. teachers were very knowledgeable and clearly had a love for Taiwanese food. would recommend people come hungry because we had eaten a full lunch and couldn’t finish all the delicious food we made!!! market tour was great, have been to this neighborhood many times and never knew some of the things our just showed us!

報名當天只有我一個客人，老師還是很細心講解，連珍珠奶茶裡的珍珠都是手工自己做的，還學了炸鹽酥雞和櫻花蝦潮飯，能在迪化街的老房子裡上課，學習台灣傳統料理，即使身為台灣人的我也是很特別體驗～

台湾のことをもっと知りたいと申し込みました。まず迪化街の街を案内してもらい、おすすめのお土産屋さんや市場、布問屋さんを案内してもらい、今まで気づかなかったお店の外観のお話も興味深かったです。タピオカから作るタピオカミルクティー、台湾風唐揚げ、干しエビいっぱいのおこわを作りました。先生もとても親切で日本に帰っても作れるようにスパイスを教えてくれました。また半年後に台湾に来るので参加したいと思います。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

たまたま私1人だったので、先生とゆっくりお話をしながら体験をすることができました。(2人から催行というところが多い中、1人でも受け入れてくださってありがたかったです) 料理体験の前の街の説明も楽しかったです。もちろん料理も楽しく、そしてとても美味しかったです。親切にしていただきどうも有難うございました(^^)また来ます！

The host was very friendly and intereting. she showed us around the streets of Dihua Street and educated us the rich history that dwells within it. Food was delicous and our stomach were full at the end of the class. Amazing experience overall.

予約していたツアーが人数が足りずにキャンセルになったため、わりとギリギリの日程で予約しましたが、とても暖かく迎えて頂き嬉しかったです。料理も美味しく、日本に帰った際も作ってみたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

I enjoyed the experience, the hosts are kind by helping along and showing us the ways to make different dishes. The food was delicious and great!

非常不錯的體驗，老師十分有耐性，做菜也十分好吃，也介紹了迪化街以外台灣值得去的地方，有機會大家都要去試一下。

I had a pleasure to take part in the cooking classes organized by Taiwan Tourist Kitchen and it was all fun! If you want to experience real Taiwanese cuisine in a nice and funny atmosphere, this course is for you! Highly recommended!
