The collection is much larger than I expected, with an incredible range of Japanese art, historical artifacts, Buddhist works, samurai-related pieces, ceramics, and treasures from different periods. I especially enjoyed how the museum gives you a chance to see the development of Japanese culture and craftsmanship up close. The buildings and galleries are spacious and peaceful, so I never felt rushed while exploring. I would definitely recommend giving yourself at least a few hours rather than trying to squeeze it into a short visit. Booking through Klook was also simple and convenient. A great place to visit in Tokyo, especially if you’re interested in Japanese history, art, and culture.

Really nice aquarium and a great little experience in Tokyo. The fish and jellyfish displays were beautiful, but the best part was definitely seeing the penguins up close — it felt really intimate and special watching them swim around right in front of you. An unexpectedly beautiful experience! We booked at the last minute and didn't expect such a captivating exhibition. It's truly recommended for those with limited time, especially for an indoor activity on a rainy day.

1. If you go at night, the background (the observatory wall behind the person taking the photo) will reflect a lot in the glass. It's best to find a position and angle where there's minimal reflection. 2. It's definitely prettier at night. Because of this, you might even have to wait in line at spots with the Tokyo Tower in the background. Be aware that some people might inconsiderately take photos for a long time in the same spot. 3. The entrance and exit are different, and you have to walk all the way around. The closer you get to the exit, the less you can see Tokyo Tower, but it's quieter and there are places to lean and take photos, so the atmosphere is better. (However, if you like night views, the scenery around Tokyo Tower is still better.) 4.
