I’m so glad we booked this tour rather than doing it on our own. We had a great time with Ma as our tour guide. He was informative and personable, even helping to take photos of us and pointing out the best photo spots along the tour. The history, context and details he provided helped make the experience feel more immersive. There’s such a rich history tied to the architecture and grounds that we really came to appreciate through the tour. Thanks Ma!

We had a great experience with Jack. He knows the area well (he lives walking distance) and showed our group all the best places to try and see. He speaks loudly and clearly which is important in a busy market. It would have been overwhelming without him and this tour enhanced my experience visiting this market. We are so glad we did this tour. It’s a good way to go around Tokyo with some exercise. Our tour guides , Ken and Ray were a pro and were very helpful. I would recommend this tour for those who have not done it yet.

We had Haruhiko “Sunny” Tamura as our guide, and he was wonderful! This tour was the perfect mix of cultural learning, sightseeing, shopping, and eating. Sunny did a great job explaining the meaning and stories behind the places we visited. He even brought illustrations to explain customs like how to properly clean our hands and bow, which made learning about Japanese traditions fun and memorable. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and down to earth. His English was excellent, and we had no problem understanding him or asking questions. He gave us great shopping tips, helped us pick out a few shops he thought we would enjoy, and gave us excellent recommendations for lunch. It felt more like exploring with a knowledgeable local than following a typical tour. We learned a lot and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend Sunny and would definitely book with him again!
