I had stayed in a double hot spring room here a few years ago, so I remembered this resort. Since I was planning to visit Zhiben for hot springs during my Taitung trip, I booked this hotel. Overall, everything was great! Our itinerary was just too packed; otherwise, I would have loved to stay a few more days!

Staying here with the kids this time was a wonderful overall experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the children really loved the space and amenities in the family room. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The location is convenient, parking went smoothly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. It's a great place to stay when traveling to Taitung with children; the kids had a blast, the adults were able to get some good rest, and we would definitely visit again!

The top choice for accommodation when visiting Taitung! It includes late-night snacks and breakfast, offering the best value for money! The service quality is also excellent, making you feel completely at home. The high online ratings truly reflect the experience; I highly recommend it to travelers visiting Taitung. This place will surely recharge you for your next journey.

The location was a bit far from the city center, but everything else was fine. The breakfast selection was limited, and the items were exactly the same for both days of our stay, even the vegetables. Some dishes were consistently empty and rarely refilled. The coffee from the coffee machine was not good and could definitely be improved.

The biggest selling point is its downtown location, within walking distance to many attractions like Tiehua Village and the night market. The rooms are comfortable and feature electric curtains. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop. Parking spaces are limited, and when it's busy, the elevators can be difficult to catch (they operate with a strange logic).

Staying for 4 consecutive days, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were nice, but the lack of a bidet toilet seat was very inconvenient. At the very least, a handheld bidet sprayer should be provided. The power outlet placement was also very inconvenient. The meals were vegetarian-friendly, and parking was relatively easy. You can drive to the beach, and there's a sea view from the window.

The rooftop has an open-air stargazing bar that offers non-alcoholic beverages. There's no minimum charge if you just want to enjoy the night view. The reception staff provides excellent service, and there are drinks and snacks available on the first floor. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely want to return to this hotel.

I stayed for 3 days, from check-in to check-out, and received professional care. It was thoroughly relaxing and restful. Breakfast was wonderful, and I also tried the Cantonese dim sum served at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. The food was very satisfying. Coming back from Orchid Island to Taitung felt like heaven.
