Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Customer service was a 10 out of 10 everybody was attentive from the moment I walked and helping me with my luggage and to our room and to get us accommodated. I went to the salon and they helped me make an appointment for the next day to get a blow dry. They even called me in the morning to let me know the reservation was made. When we went downstairs and needed a taxi, they escorted us to the taxi and told the taxi driver everywhere we wanted to go. Last day was a slight issue with breakfast, where I was presented with the bill and told that I need to pay in the middle of my meal. That had never happened before and I shared my experience with the reception at checkout. They were so kind and bothered that my experience was not 100% that the manager came down everyone thoroughly apologized and they refunded my breakfast for that day. I would absolutely stay there again. It was a beautiful experience in a beautiful part of my vacation to Japan.
