If you're driving, please park temporarily at the entrance to check in. After checking in, you can then move your car to the designated parking area. The triple room is spacious and comfortable, but light sleepers should be aware of the soundproofing. The breakfast is plentiful and satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants and attractions nearby.

The Kindness Hotel Group never disappoints! The Slow Travel branch is even newer and more comfortable than the traditional Kindness Hotel, and I absolutely love it. The breakfast, all-day drinks and snacks, and late-night supper make you eat like a happy little pig – it's incredibly delicious! The room is simple and comfortable, the bed is super cozy, and the food is amazing. In a city renowned for its cuisine, even the hotel offers a ton of food – it's almost too much to handle!

Denna sällsynta långhelg kunde jag återigen koppla av i Tainan. Jag tog genast fram telefonen och bokade boende. Det var bekvämt, läget var perfekt i ett område med bra kommunikationer, och det var smidigt att ta sig överallt. They deserve to be called Perfect Hotel for such great facilities, great location, great service, perks and pricing. We took their Exquisite Double room with the corner windows and it had very stunning views of the river and Daliang Park out front, especially during sunset (see pic). hotel location: it was easy to go to the Confucius Temple complex and its other nearby tourist spots. cleanliness: Rooms and toilets are super clean and smells nice. 5 towels were also provided (2 hand towels, 1 medium, 2 body towels). Leather slippers were also provided in the dry area, while a pair of plastic slippers were separately prepared for toilet use (anti-slip). transport access: Our booking was entitled to 2 free bike rentals too. Renting the bikes was super easy with the staff breakfast: they had a generous spread of homey taiwanese dishes that are very appropriate to cleanse the oily food we've been eating thru out the trip. service: They also offer free Ice Cream, Coffee, and tea for 24hrs!

Convenient Transportation: Located next to Guohua Street and Asakusa Ximen Market, it's very convenient for shopping and dining. Service: Friendly and welcoming. The complimentary puffed pastries were a bit damp, so they also provided extra tea bags. The room includes a capsule coffee machine, instant noodles, snacks, drinks, and late-night refreshments. Breakfast: Quite good, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options.

Perfect location, right outside the back station of Tainan Railway Station. Renting a car at the back station is cheaper than the front station with transparent pricing. There is quite a bit of delicious food and local snacks on Chenggong University's Yule Street. When I visit Tainan again next time, I will still choose to stay at Shangri-La.

Service and Atmosphere: This felt like a strict hotel, as the notices mentioned charges for damage, which made me a bit anxious about potential extra fees. While it's good to be careful with property, it made me overly cautious. However, it's good that they state this upfront; some other hotels charge extra without prior notice, leaving guests unprepared. The next day, I discovered the benefit of this strictness: when some male college students harassed other guests by phone, the hotel staff took the time in the morning to address them, explaining the seriousness of the situation and that other guests had called the police. I found this to be excellent and very appreciative. Parking: It's a shame there's no designated parking, but the hotel thoughtfully provides guests with detailed information on parking fees for nearby lots and street parking, which is very helpful. Food and Drink: Although breakfast isn't included, complimentary beverages are provided. There's a wide variety, including a coffee machine, tea bags, and refrigerated drinks. The option to take drinks to go is also a great perk. Cleanliness: Excellent.
