Asked about transport to downtown. Seemed perplexed at my question, even though it is the perennial question for this property. He kept saying too far to walk, which I hadn’t mentioned. He finally came out with it. Taxi is the only way,he said. which I find peculiar, since the train station can take you there directly and it is just down the street. You just have to transfer to a bus, like bus #2. For me, train is the highest form of transport. Punctual, safe and nice. Like a Japanese or Taiwan movie.
