The Kindness Hotel Group never disappoints! The Slow Travel branch is even newer and more comfortable than the traditional Kindness Hotel, and I absolutely love it. The breakfast, all-day drinks and snacks, and late-night supper make you eat like a happy little pig – it's incredibly delicious! The room is simple and comfortable, the bed is super cozy, and the food is amazing. In a city renowned for its cuisine, even the hotel offers a ton of food – it's almost too much to handle!

Perfect location, right outside the back station of Tainan Railway Station. Renting a car at the back station is cheaper than the front station with transparent pricing. There is quite a bit of delicious food and local snacks on Chenggong University's Yule Street. When I visit Tainan again next time, I will still choose to stay at Shangri-La.

The hotel is new, and the room is quite spacious. The shower and toilet are separate, and the sink is next to the entrance. We stayed in a twin room; the beds were comfortable, and the comforters were cozy, but the pillows tended to flatten, making it feel like my neck wasn't properly supported. There's a two-person sofa with throw pillows, which is very comfortable. The long wooden bench along the wall is great for sitting and placing items. Tea bags, coffee packets, and two co-branded tea drinks are provided. We booked a breakfast package; the food display was beautiful, and everything you'd expect was available. The serving hours were very long, which was excellent, though most of the food tasted average. The lobby offers complimentary cookies and coffee. Small snacks and instant noodles are also available for purchase. My only dissatisfaction was the poor soundproofing of the door; I could hear doors closing late at night. In the morning, I could hear the drumming from the Ten Drum Culture Park.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Also near at beef buffet. Regards.

They deserve to be called Perfect Hotel for such great facilities, great location, great service, perks and pricing. We took their Exquisite Double room with the corner windows and it had very stunning views of the river and Daliang Park out front, especially during sunset (see pic). hotel location: it was easy to go to the Confucius Temple complex and its other nearby tourist spots. cleanliness: Rooms and toilets are super clean and smells nice. 5 towels were also provided (2 hand towels, 1 medium, 2 body towels). Leather slippers were also provided in the dry area, while a pair of plastic slippers were separately prepared for toilet use (anti-slip). transport access: Our booking was entitled to 2 free bike rentals too. Renting the bikes was super easy with the staff breakfast: they had a generous spread of homey taiwanese dishes that are very appropriate to cleanse the oily food we've been eating thru out the trip. service: They also offer free Ice Cream, Coffee, and tea for 24hrs!

If you're driving, please park temporarily at the entrance to check in. After checking in, you can then move your car to the designated parking area. The triple room is spacious and comfortable, but light sleepers should be aware of the soundproofing. The breakfast is plentiful and satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants and attractions nearby.

The location is convenient; you can walk to Chihkan Tower in under 10 minutes, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was quick. They offer free bicycle rentals, which are Giant folding bikes with gears. The room is simple and clean, with all the essentials. Breakfast and the late-night snack were decent. The 24-hour availability of drinks, tea jelly, and ice cream is a great perk. The late-night snack, served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, was amazing, featuring spicy hot pot, Danzai noodles, and all-you-can-drink Heineken, among other things. You really don't need to spend money going out for dinner. I will definitely visit again.
