very prompt pick up at the meeting area. very comfortable bus ride. Tour guide, I think her name was Vivian, and the bus driver was great. so patient and kind. Got to see beautiful sites we wouldn’t have been able to see on our own, because it was very rural. First time using Klook, and I loved it! Very reasonable priced too which is a bonus! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip led by our guide, Donghwan! We chose this tour because it included the Hill of the Buddha, Otaru, and another stop in between. I traveled with a friend on Friday, September 18th. The weather was hotter than Seoul, with strong autumn sunshine. Short sleeves, shorts, and a light cardigan were perfectly sufficient. Our guide provided explanations about our destination just before arrival and also recommended places to visit and eat in Otaru, which was very helpful. If you're considering this tour, just keep in mind that lunch is usually after 2 PM and will be in Otaru!

Vivi was an excellent tour guide. She was very patient in describing each site and even provided additional information about the general area we were in. Wished we had more time at the Hill of the Buddha but overall it was a worthwhile tour.

it was a really fun experience! the staff from the stylist to the assistants are professionals and efficient! they were also very kind. i’d love to do this again next time!

Túto prehliadku sme si užili a skvele sme sa bavili. Ochutnali sme pivo Sapporo a navštívili aj ďalšie turistické miesta v Sappore. Chceme sa tam čoskoro vrátiť.

Preety smooth the only thing is toll parking not included so you need to pay that additional. REst all ok

O-chan was the best tour guide. Very informative and flexible. We did three private tours in Sapporo and he was the best. We generally missed much of the tour crowds and he went out of his way to improve our day inclung helping with meal reservations.

Spent a wonder day with Vivi very informative and clever changing between 3 languages- she helped with directions and restaurants for after the tour - highly recommend- fitted a lot in the day
