Preluare foarte promptă din locul de întâlnire. Cursă cu autobuzul foarte confortabilă. Ghidul turistic, cred că o chema Vivian, și șoferul de autobuz au fost excelenți, atât de răbdători și amabili. Am reușit să vedem locuri frumoase pe care nu le-am fi putut vizita pe cont propriu, deoarece zona era foarte rurală. Este prima dată când folosesc Klook și mi-a plăcut la maximum! Prețul a fost de asemenea foarte rezonabil, ceea ce reprezintă un avantaj. Recomand cu căldură!

We had a wonderful trip led by our guide, Donghwan! We chose this tour because it included the Hill of the Buddha, Otaru, and another stop in between. I traveled with a friend on Friday, September 18th. The weather was hotter than Seoul, with strong autumn sunshine. Short sleeves, shorts, and a light cardigan were perfectly sufficient. Our guide provided explanations about our destination just before arrival and also recommended places to visit and eat in Otaru, which was very helpful. If you're considering this tour, just keep in mind that lunch is usually after 2 PM and will be in Otaru!

Vivi a fost un ghid turistic excelent. A fost foarte răbdătoare în descrierea fiecărui obiectiv și chiar a oferit informații suplimentare despre zona generală în care ne aflam. Ne-am fi dorit să avem mai mult timp la Dealul lui Buddha, dar, în general, a fost un tur care a meritat.

We had a fantastic trip visiting Shakotan Blue, the Otaru Canal, and Shiroi Koibito Park. Our tour guide, Hong, was exceptional—his communication regarding meeting points and tour expectations was always clear and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by his ability to fluently speak Korean, English, and Chinese, effortlessly catering to the diverse nationalities in our group. Highly recommended!

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

Preety smooth the only thing is toll parking not included so you need to pay that additional. REst all ok

Spent a wonder day with Vivi very informative and clever changing between 3 languages- she helped with directions and restaurants for after the tour - highly recommend- fitted a lot in the day

O-chan was the best tour guide. Very informative and flexible. We did three private tours in Sapporo and he was the best. We generally missed much of the tour crowds and he went out of his way to improve our day inclung helping with meal reservations.
