As a solo traveler I had a great time on this tour - we caught a decent variety of attractions for what the nearby attractions have to offer. The best part was the guide, Alex; he pulled off a trilingual trifecta for the group with Mandarin, English and Japanese. He explained more about the places we were going to than any of the numerous bus tours I’ve been on. The next time I return to Sapporo/Hokkaido region with the family I’ll defiantly try this tour again, and hopefully I’ll get Alex as the same guide again.

My wife and I booked this as we really wanted to see the Hill of the Buddha and Otaru but we're worried we wouldn't fit it all in if we did it ourselves. This tour fit the requirements perfectly, gave us plenty of time in each location and the transfers were spot on. Sei, our guide was excellent throughout, giving us useful information about the tour and each of the places we visited. he gave us plenty of recommendations for snacks and where to eat for lunch too. In summary, a really enjoyable side quest from Sapporo.

Vivi var en utmerket turguide. Hun var veldig tålmodig da hun beskrev hvert sted, og ga til og med ekstra informasjon om nærområdet vi befant oss i. Vi skulle ønske vi hadde mer tid ved Buddha-haugen, men alt i alt var det en svært vellykket tur.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

We had a fantastic trip visiting Shakotan Blue, the Otaru Canal, and Shiroi Koibito Park. Our tour guide, Hong, was exceptional—his communication regarding meeting points and tour expectations was always clear and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by his ability to fluently speak Korean, English, and Chinese, effortlessly catering to the diverse nationalities in our group. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for the wonderful tour today! We were blessed with clear skies and saw so many beautiful sights, which was truly moving. The Blue Grotto tour, in particular, was a lot of fun! All the places we wanted to visit were included, and the schedule went smoothly, making for a very fulfilling sightseeing experience. Kevin's friendly and attentive service created a great atmosphere, and we even enjoyed the travel time. Thanks to Hong's fluent Japanese, we felt completely at ease throughout the tour. Even though it was an English and Chinese tour, they were very attentive to us, and we truly appreciate it. If we have another opportunity, we would love to use your services again!
