Hotely v Nakagami

I am writing this email to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service and warm support I received today from Ms. Suga at the front desk. My name is Mr. NG, and I am currently staying at your hotel. Yesterday, I accidentally scraped the bumper of my rental car. As a tourist, my cell phone was not set up for domestic calls in Japan, so I was very anxious and panicked, unsure how to contact the police or the rental car company. When I returned to the hotel and asked for help at the front desk, Ms. Suga assisted me. She listened to my story with incredible enthusiasm and professionalism, and then called the police (110) and the rental car company (OTS) on my behalf. Furthermore, she meticulously explained the situation to them, step by step. What touched me most was that she noticed how anxious I was and comforted me with kind words, putting me at ease. Thanks to her, all the accident reporting procedures were completed smoothly. Her wonderful hospitality, highly professional service, and sincere empathy for guests truly embody the high service quality of Vessel Hotel. Because of her, what could have been a very stressful incident turned into an unforgettable memory that highlighted the warmth of Japan. Amaville has great accessibility, and I even participated in an email event for parking and received a gift. The reception staff were very kind, and although I didn't use it, there's also a welcome drink corner. The room was very pleasant, and all the clothes and bedding smelled nice. The public bath was incredibly convenient, equipped with everything from towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser to makeup cleansing products, and even cleanser for children, so you could go empty-handed.

Hotel Location: Conveniently located, less than a 10-minute walk to American Village. Breakfast: Diverse and plentiful, and delicious. Rooms are large and comfortable with ocean views. Overall, it offers great value for money!

We stayed at Hotel Nikko Alivila for three nights from August 21st to August 24th, and overall, we were extremely satisfied! The hotel features Spanish colonial architecture, creating an elegant and resort-like atmosphere that felt instantly calming upon entering the lobby. Our room faced the ocean, offering a fantastic view from the balcony. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Japanese and Western options, all of which tasted great. The staff were friendly and provided timely assistance. The biggest highlight is its direct access to the private Nirai Beach, with crystal-clear waters. The pool was also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing and family activities. Although the building has some age, it is well-maintained, and the strong resort ambiance makes it highly recommended!

The room felt a bit old, but I found it to be quite clean. The bathroom had a bathtub and conveniently provided body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and face wash. The lobby also offered self-service toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes. You could even exchange for baby food! Thumbs up for that. Parking required a fee. The location was excellent! It was very close to the beach, Aeon, and American Village. Shopping was also very convenient! The public facilities included a washing machine, dryer, ice machine, and vending machine. Overall, it was a great experience.

Service: The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Hotel Location: The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of American Village, with a supermarket right next door. From the room, you can see American Village, which offers a charming view at night, and a beautiful ocean view in the morning. Overall, it's excellent.

V sobotu pri ubytovaní je možné vidieť ohňostroj. Izba je naozaj veľká a má aj práčku. Je to blízko Americkej dediny. Nevýhodou je, že bazén na poschodí je spoplatnený. Veľké kúpele sú zadarmo a všetky zariadenia sú nové. Nevýhodou je však to, že parkovisko je mechanické a nemôžete hneď nastúpiť alebo vystúpiť z auta, musíte počkať. Ak sa ponáhľate, nezabudnite si auto vyzdvihnúť včas.

The accommodation was clean, and I really liked the very large refrigerator. I was pleased with all the amenities—the pool, the front desk lounge, and the restaurant! I'd love to come back again if I have the chance!

The rooftop swimming pool was amazing. The view was excellent. You can see the American Village, and we stayed on a Saturday night where you can actually see the fireworks from the hotel's rooftop.
