Can’t beat the location and the front desk staff are excellent; we had unexpected change in plans and despite being “completely booked”, they not only accommodated our need for an extra night, but also allowed us to stay in the same room. Definitely recommend.

Location. Nice and clean room but beds are not very comfortable since mattresses are way to thick. Room lacked enough light. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good.

- shower water was brown - the drain in the shower was loose and my husband tripped and fell - we were given a 20% coupon to use in hotel - one staff said it was for breakfast and the other staff said it was not and only used for dinner ( mis information was frustrating ) - celebrated husbands 30th birthday - staff provided Champagne which was appreciated - I would not recommend getting laundry done - information on the paper was mis leading and we had to pay more for the service

The worst experience, noisy hotel and you can’t even sleep, dirty washrooms and nobody in the hotel can speak English , also in the room you can smell bad like washroom they did not have even a manager. Lottts of problem , drainage in the shower was not working . Good location but worst hotel ever
