H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at a great location in central Madrid with quick access to anything we needed, like restaurants or transportation. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and our room were all attractive, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is on the busy Gran Via, but we found the inside of the hotel to be a warm and calming contrast to the bustle outside. A nice place to relax. There were 3 of us, and the room was configured accordingly (main bedroom plus additional bed in the living area) prior to our arrival. Our room had a private balcony area, which we made use of for nightcaps at sunset and enjoying morning coffee. If I had one complaint, it would be that perhaps due to our room being larger and on the top floor, the air conditioning struggled at times to keep the room cool enough sometimes (we visited late May - early June). The staff was very responsive, tried to adjust the equipment and provided a fan for good measure, effectively addressing the issue for us. Most importantly for us, everyone we came in contact with, whether front desk, bar and restaurant, housekeeping, or porters were genuinely polite, professional, and eager to make us comfortable and facilitate our plans during our stay. This was my first visit to Madrid I am glad this hotel was our first taste of this beautiful city. I would not hesitate to stay here next time I visit.

From the arrival to checking out, this is an excellent place to stay. The staff is amicable and super helpful. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The room is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The whole place is quiet inside despite being right there in the Gran Via. There is no dedicated concierge, but the front desk staff made all reservations for us, and in those restaurants, we were expected and treated nicely. Nobody was trying to sell timeshares or anything else. We had tried and H10 in Rome and I think is a great brand for travelers. Please tell the staff we appreciate their efforts.

Excellent Location, Clean and Walking distance to everything

This hotel was a perfect choice for central Madrid. The staff was very easy to reach by email prior to my stay, they helped accommodate early check in, and everything was above and beyond. Upon check in I was offered complimentary glass of cava (champagne from Catalonia region) and water. Check in was offered online prior to arrival but I didn’t use that. I checked in upon arrival. My room was perfect for a one night stay. Big, clean, and I felt safe as a female traveler.

The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Cabs were easy to get if needed. The staff was terrific. They recommended a delicious restaurant nearby and were so accommodating when we only had time for a quick breakfast vs the full buffet.

Fantastic location. great room with nice amenities like coffee in room, daily water bottles (complimentary) and luxury amenities like bathrobes, commonly forgotten ideas (shaving cream, tooth paste, ect) and nice body wash/shampoo. Lobby and bar area is quaint and cozy, affordable and open early/late.

Fantastic location, excellent service, helpful and informed staff

Very clean. Great location. Excellent decor. Service was exceptional! Mara went above and beyond to help me with my flight that was cancelled hours before departure. I was so thankful! Thanks to Gonzalo for his warm greetings and help with our belongings. The staff felt like family!
