The hotel is centrally located on Gran Via, but be aware this is like the Tines Square of Madrid. The property was clean and nice with bottle filling stations on each floor. There is a great rooftop bar and a small pool that was very refreshing to help combat the summer heat. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The room was small, but had a nice king size bed.

El cuarto recién remodelado, el colchón super firme y cómodo. La atención del Staff fué de primera clase y el desayuno excelente. Su ubicación tan solo a 20 mts de la Gran Vía y la zona comercial de el Callao. Muy recomendable el hotel.

Pick the suite, the tub is worth it after a long trip. Place is clean and have lots of extras already in the room, toothbrushes, shaving kit, sewing kit and I can keep going. The rooftop very inviting, sweet view, the water in the pool a lil too cold for my preference but a beautiful infinity pool. Location is A+, walk everywhere and enjoy the views while walking. Shopping!!!! Enjoy shopping around, all the way down to the old train station mall also. But the jewel of the crown here is Attila, this boy did my check in a different experience, in 42 years of life I never had such a complete and welcoming experience while checking in a place. Wao, he set me for success with so much information and insights, suggestions and great ideas for my short stay. I will be back to this hotel when visiting Madrid for this place great attention and location over all. Also congratulations in their recent renovation, every detail is just exquisite, love everything about it, colors, smell, decor, floors… enjoy it.

Room was very nice, comfy bed, good location, very good breakfast, friendly staff. I was in a room that would be an adjoining room and I could hear every sound from the next room, toilet flushing etc. I could not rest the first night. The staff was understanding and switched me to corner room which was much better. I do not recommend the rooms that adjoin- you will feel like you are in the same room as your neighbors. They need to address the sound proofing.
