We had Putu as our driver for our Mount Batur ATV sunrise experience, Black Lava, and waterfall trip, and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire day. He was very patient with us and made getting from place to place so easy, especially with the early morning start. He also gave us great recommendations and made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate Putu for taking such good care of us. කඳු නැගීමට කැමති මිතුරන්ට මෙය ඉතා නිර්දේශිතයි. මට තිබුණේ මූලික කඳු නැගීමේ අත්දැකීමක් පමණයි. අපේ මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා ඉතා වෘත්තීයමය විය. ඔහු අපට මඟ පෙන්වූ අතර, ගිනි කන්දේ වැලි සහ ගල් ඇත්තෙන්ම ලිස්සන සුළුයි (හොඳ කාලගුණයක් තිබුණත්). පහළට යන ගමන ටිකක් අමාරුයි, මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා මම ලිස්සා වැටේවි යැයි බියෙන් ඔහුගේ කඳු නැගීමේ පොල්ල අල්ලා ගැනීමට පවා ඉඩ දුන්නා. මෙය ඉතා නිර්දේශිතයි. කඹ ඇදීම් සහ ගල් නැගීම් තිබුණා. කඳු නැගීමේ පොල්ලක් රැගෙන යාමට මතක තබා ගන්න (ඔබට නොමැති නම්, කඳු නැගීමේ සමාගම ඔබට එකක් ලබා දෙනු ඇත). හොඳ කඳු නැගීමේ සපත්තු යුගලයක් අඳින්න. ස්වභාවික මංපෙත්වල කෘතිම සැකසුම් අඩුයි. ඉතා අලංකාර සහ ඉතා වෘත්තීය කඳු නැගීමේ සමාගමක්. අපගේ මාර්ගෝපදේශකයාට බොහෝ ස්තූතියි. ඔබට බොහොම ස්තූතියි.

I heard there is another hot spring with a water slide next door, but we were completely satisfied with this one. I was a bit bothered by the many flies, but since this area seems to use things like horse manure for fertilizer, it might be unavoidable. Making a reservation in advance is cheaper than booking on-site, so I think booking through here is a good deal.

Dharma was our tour guide and we had a wonderful time at mount batur and black lava. The efforts he made to click our photos was amazing. Highly recommend him for sunrise jeep tour. Thanks a lot Dharma.

This is our first time here in Bali, and we get to experience the sunrise in Mt. Batur. Our driver Bondan is very accommodating and attentive in taking photos. He is good driver as well. Always following-up if we are good, and we appreciate his service.

what a great service and thanks to our driver Agus and guide Nyoman (I think) who took the greatest care on either a crazy road trying to manage traffic or up and down a steep mountain and sharing great local knowledge. well worth it if you think you can handle the hike and thanks for letting some kiwis have an awesome run down the hill - followed by a nice wallow on the hot springs for recovery

Super fun and amazing experience💖Jimmy is our jeep driver and is very friendly and helpful. He helped us took many beautiful photos and drive us safe to the hill and prepared breakfast for us. Recommend to people who wanna see sunrise and have a fun ride in near the volcano.💖💖💖

So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpfull, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't felt that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this a unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drover 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋
