We had an amazing experience watching the sunrise at Mount Batur with our guide, Kadek Agus. He was friendly, helpful, and very professional throughout the entire trek. He made sure we were comfortable, guided us safely, and even helped us find the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The sunrise was absolutely breathtaking, and having Kadek Agus with us made the experience even more special. He was patient, encouraging, and happy to help with photos as well. Highly recommend Kadek Agus to anyone planning the Mount Batur sunrise trek. A wonderful guide and a great experience overall! 🌅⛰️

Incredible views at the top of Mount Batur. The trek up the mountain was quite steep at some sections, but it was worth all the effort. Our guide, Nyoman, was very accomodating and he made sure we stopped to catch a break and rehydrate at regular intervals. He also conversed with us about his life in Bali and points of interest, which made the hike feel a lot shorter! At the top, he prepared a simple but filling breakfast with a hot drink for us to warm up, and took some great pictures for us. Nyoman made this hike a very memorable experience, and I would recommend him to everyone! Our driver, Berig, later took us to our next points of interest, which were ulu petanu waterfall and the pictureresque Tegallalang Rice Terrace. Both locations were great for photos and Berig also helped us take some photos. Overall, this tour was an amazing experience thanks to our hiking guide and our driver. Would highly recommend!

I was truly so satisfied with the Pandu Jeep tour! 🤍 Our driver, Pandu, took such great and kind care of us from start to finish. He drove so steadily and skillfully even on rough roads, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable tour! Above all, I was so touched by how wonderfully he took our photos 📸 He knew all the best photo spots and even set up the angles for us perfectly! Thanks to him, we were able to get so many gorgeous photos on our honeymoon! Thank you so much for paying such close attention to us the whole time we were taking pictures. Pandu was simply perfect with his great driving, amazing photography skills, and incredible kindness 👍🏻 Thanks to him, the Jeep tour became one of the most memorable parts of our trip! So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpfull, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't felt that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this a unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drover 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋

we had a great time going on this tour. the tour is well organized - from hotel pick up, to hiking guide, to Montana cafe. our driver, Purna, is great. He is very nice, and professional. our hiking guide is very experienced, however, he is more interested to get us back down the mountain than let us explore on the top lol. But the sunrise is amazing up on the mountain! Aslo the young crater, and volcanic steams in the crater. Montana cafe has amazing view of Mount Batur and the food is delicious! overall, we are very happy with the private tour.
