we had a great time going on this tour. the tour is well organized - from hotel pick up, to hiking guide, to Montana cafe. our driver, Purna, is great. He is very nice, and professional. our hiking guide is very experienced, however, he is more interested to get us back down the mountain than let us explore on the top lol. But the sunrise is amazing up on the mountain! Aslo the young crater, and volcanic steams in the crater. Montana cafe has amazing view of Mount Batur and the food is delicious! overall, we are very happy with the private tour.

We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

The guide was nice enough to stop and wait for everyone to assemble. We took the jungle/paddy path down, it would have been nice if we stopped for photograph. The view was awesome for sure 5/5. The natural hot spring is more like a swimming "pool", it wasn't hot but warm. Too crowded and the line to change & shower (co-ed) was insane. If possible I rather advice go for sauna/spas

I highly recommend Koko as a tour guide! He is absolutely fantastic and made our trip truly unforgettable. First of all, his English is excellent, which made communication effortless and enjoyable throughout the entire journey. He is also an outstanding driver, ensuring we always felt safe and comfortable on the road. On top of that, Koko has amazing photography skills and helped us capture beautiful memories of our trip. What really sets Koko apart is his dedication and wonderful personality. He provided incredibly detailed and fascinating explanations at every stop, making the tour so much more interesting. He is also very attentive, taking great care of everyone in our group with genuine warmth. Moreover, Koko has a fantastic sense of humor! He kept us laughing and perfectly balanced professionalism with a fun vibe.

Allt är så fantastiskt!! Reseledaren och chauffören är alla så vänliga och snälla. Även om vägen är lite svår att gå, hjälpte reseledaren oss mycket och vi fick uppleva den vackraste solnedgången och middagen där!

The 4x4 driver who took us up the mountain was also fantastic—very skilled, friendly, and made the ride both exciting and safe. A special thank you for the incredible photos! They turned out absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. Both of them were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Detta var den bästa utflykten jag gjorde på Bali! Att spendera lite extra pengar för att få njuta av både toppen och en jeep-tur var så värt det! Min guide, Gus Conk, var inte bara en expert på vandring, utan också den bästa fotografen! Jag hade tur jämfört med andra vandrare, eftersom jag fick fler fantastiska vyer och vackra bilder som passar perfekt för Instagram. Andra vandrare bad också Gus Conk att ta bilder åt dem, vilket visar hur professionell han är! Min jeep-chaufför, Adi, var också mycket professionell; han körde stabilt och var tålmodig med att hjälpa till att ta bilder! Jag rekommenderar verkligen alla som klarar av lite bergsvandring att prova den fyrtio minuter långa toppturen och Black Lava-kombinationen! Var försiktig på vägen ner eftersom stenarna är hala, men uppförsbacken är inte svår, ungefär som en vandring i Taiwans utkanter.
