We had Putu as our driver for our Mount Batur ATV sunrise experience, Black Lava, and waterfall trip, and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire day. He was very patient with us and made getting from place to place so easy, especially with the early morning start. He also gave us great recommendations and made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate Putu for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys hiking. I have beginner-level hiking experience. Our guide was incredibly professional, leading us every step of the way. The volcanic gravel is very slippery (even on a clear day), and going downhill was quite challenging. The guide even let me hold onto his trekking pole because he was worried I might slip. I highly recommend this experience. There are ropes to hold onto and rocks to climb. Remember to bring a trekking pole (if you don't have one, the hiking company will lend you one) and wear a good pair of hiking shoes. The natural trails are largely untouched by human intervention, which is beautiful. This is a wonderful and very professional hiking company. Many thanks to our guide. Thank you very much.

Dharma was our tour guide and we had a wonderful time at mount batur and black lava. The efforts he made to click our photos was amazing. Highly recommend him for sunrise jeep tour. Thanks a lot Dharma.

This is our first time here in Bali, and we get to experience the sunrise in Mt. Batur. Our driver Bondan is very accommodating and attentive in taking photos. He is good driver as well. Always following-up if we are good, and we appreciate his service.

I heard there is another hot spring with a water slide next door, but we were completely satisfied with this one. I was a bit bothered by the many flies, but since this area seems to use things like horse manure for fertilizer, it might be unavoidable. Making a reservation in advance is cheaper than booking on-site, so I think booking through here is a good deal.

Super fun and amazing experience💖Jimmy is our jeep driver and is very friendly and helpful. He helped us took many beautiful photos and drive us safe to the hill and prepared breakfast for us. Recommend to people who wanna see sunrise and have a fun ride in near the volcano.💖💖💖

what a great service and thanks to our driver Agus and guide Nyoman (I think) who took the greatest care on either a crazy road trying to manage traffic or up and down a steep mountain and sharing great local knowledge. well worth it if you think you can handle the hike and thanks for letting some kiwis have an awesome run down the hill - followed by a nice wallow on the hot springs for recovery

Mag-isa lang akong nag-trip na ito. Ito lang ang tanging opsyon na pwedeng sumundo sa iyo sa Sidemen kung saan ako nanatili. Dumating ang driver sa hotel nang 1:45. 15 minuto bago ang aming usapan, na napakaganda. Pagkatapos ay dinala niya ako sa aking gabay. Si Made ay talagang napakahusay na gabay! Siya ay napaka-helpful, nakakatawa, at mahusay magsalita. Kahit na ako ay nag-iisa, hindi ko naramdaman iyon. Sa tuktok ay kumain ako ng almusal. Wala namang espesyal dito. Ang mga tanawin mula sa itaas ay kamangha-mangha! Napakaganda ng panahon namin para dito. Salamat kay Made sa paggawa nito na isang hindi malilimutang biyahe! At sa aking driver na nagmaneho ng 3 oras nang walang sapat na tulog! Napakagandang karanasan. Talagang inirerekomenda ko ito!🌋
