This hot spring hotel boasts an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Gora Station, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including a large public bath, an open-air hot spring, private hot spring baths, a shop, and complimentary yukata. After dinner, they provide ramen for a late-night snack, along with various free snacks, drinks, and ice cream, which the children absolutely loved! The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious enough, and each room also features a semi-open-air bath. For dinner, there are two kaiseki meal options to choose from. After checking in, you can reserve your dining time and select your menu at the front desk. We booked the first seating at 5:30 PM and chose the beef hot pot and sushi. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

loved staying in this hotel. it’s was raining so it could be better if the hotel hosted different activities during the daya besides the workshop they offer. the breakfast could change daily as well.

Wonderful hotel! A two year renovation (2018-2020) brought this unique site into the 21st century without losing any of it's charm. It is always a treat to stay there.

The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with directions and recommendations. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel provided outstanding service, comfort, and convenience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

The hotel had the best view of Mt Fuji from the onsen and from the garden. The hotel is not that fancy but the room has plenty of space for the 2 of us. I loved the onsen which was open until midnight then opens up at 5am until 10 am. It was next to the Ubako station where you can either take the ropeway to the Owakudani to see the volcano or take the bus which is just few mins away from the hotel. The food was just ok for dinner and breakfast but with the price, I guess, we cannot complain. We took the bullet train from Kyoto at 8:33 am and arrived at 10:38 am at Odawara. We took the Hakone loop which took forever to go to Hakone shrine due to long lines in the cable cars, ropeway and pirate ship. Next time, we will take the bus to Owakudani then ropeway to the hotel then start a fresh morning to Hakone Shrine either via pirate ship or bus.

දර්ශනය පුදුම සහගතයි! කාමරවල තාක්ෂණය සිත් ඇදගන්නා සුළු විය. කාමරයේ තිබූ ඔන්සෙන් සහ සෝනා ඉතා සුඛෝපභෝගී විය. අමතර රාත්‍රියක් වෙන්කරවා නොගැනීම ගැන මට කණගාටුයි. මගේ එකම පැමිණිල්ල වූයේ චෙක්-ඉන් ක්‍රියාවලිය වැඩිදියුණු කළ යුතු බවයි. පද්ධතියට නිතරම ගැටළු ඇති වී අමුත්තන් නැවත ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමට සිදු වූ නිසා මට චෙක්-ඉන් කිරීමට පැයක් ගත විය. අවම වශයෙන් හෝටලයේ iPad හරහා නියෝජිතයෙකු සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීමට ඉක්මන් ක්‍රමයක් තිබුණා. මට විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලෙන් උපදෙස් ලැබුණේ නැති නිසා මා කුමක් කළ යුතුදැයි මට අදහසක් නොතිබූ අතර, දේපලට ඇමතීමට හෝ විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් කිරීමට නොහැකි විය. නමුත් මෙහි ඇති සමාලෝචනයක් නිසා මට චෙක්-ඉන් කිරීම පිළිබඳ විස්තර සොයා ගැනීමට හැකි විය.

Great! The scenery is beautiful, and the quality is excellent. We had very satisfying breakfasts and dinners, so there was no need to buy extra food during our stay. The staff was also very polite! The other guests were also of a similar high caliber! Highly recommended. Convenience of transportation: Very close to the pirate ship pier and the ropeway station. Hotel location: Next to Lake Ashi. Cleanliness: Very good, clean. Service: Excellent. Breakfast: Abundant and satisfying.
