Room was clean, and service was great. Of course the reason to stay in this resort is for the hot springs. My room had a private bath on the balcony. Filling it was simply pressing a button, which filled the tub with hot springs water in 15 minutes. It was perfect to soak in privacy. My package had dinner and breakfast buffets. Both had a good selection, including alcoholic beverages. Food did start running out at the end of the dinner buffet. If I return, I would probably look into other food options for dinner.

The service was excellent. The check in/out process was rather laborious. Many people are “parked” in the lounge until their turn is up. There was an afternoon ensemble in the lobby, while talented, was very loud- not something I would expect in a spa. The baths were wonderful and beautiful in the evening. Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious.

Nous avons été bien accueilli avec des personnes souriantes. L'hotel est moderne, très propre, la chambre que nous avions était grande, très belle vue, avec tous les produits d'hygiène corporels. Les repas sous forme de buffet sont de très qualité et variés. Nous avons profité du jardin intérieur en soirée pour une balade en amoureux, parmi nos coups de coeur lors de notre voyage au Japon

The two onsens are stunning, especially the open air portions. Watched the sunrise over the mountains during an early morning soak in the infinity pool like onsen.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hakone mountains. The hot springs were amazing and so relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were spectacular with so many options to choose and try. All my family loved and we want to come back.
