Our overall stay exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. We were very lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room had an excellent view, with wonderful scenery outside the window. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. This trip's accommodation experience was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on future visits. Highly recommended.

The eSIM worked really well during my stay in Hong Kong, especially around Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View and while traveling around the city. The internet was fast and stable, and activation was very easy. No need to buy a physical SIM or wait in line. Definitely convenient for travelers and I would use it again.

The room was acceptable, and the location was convenient. However, there was only a kettle in the room, and bottled water incurred an extra charge. When I checked in at night, the front desk staff barely made eye contact with me and were passive in assisting with my booking information issues. Perhaps the hotel's policies are too rigid; in contrast, the hotel I stayed at the next day handled everything easily. This check-in process at the front desk took a long time, which negatively impacted my experience.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was small but cozy, with a nice city view. The location is very convenient—it’s close to Market Place supermarket, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and coffee shops. It’s also within walking distance of the main road and bus stops, making it easy to get around.
I would definitely book at Ramada again if I stay in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

Nice and cozy place. Very smooth transaction and we enjoyed the unli water. IYKYK😆 Accessible to MTR exit A2 and Bus station. lots of restaurants nearby including jollibee and mcdo. 7/11, hospital and laundry shop just accross the street. walking distance to sneakers street and ladies market. Breakfast is very delicious!
