The storage fee of “HKD 150” per piece of luggage per day is completely excessive. I left my bags at the hotel between my stays and returned a few days later for my second booking, which resulted in an unexpected charge of several hundred dollars. As a returning guest with consecutive bookings, charging such an exorbitant fee for standard luggage storage is unacceptable and poor customer service. I am highly dissatisfied and frustrated with this hidden expense. I request a review of these charges…!

My stay was very disappointing. The woman at the reception who handled my check-in was extremely rude and unprofessional, which set a terrible tone for the entire visit. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service.

The bathroom was tiny with the wc squeezed between bathtub and wall. It was very difficult to use. Otherwise, the room was standard. Small tv screen but I wasn't fussed. Didn't like the 'no water' policy though but there's a 7/11 next door so I managed. The location is excellent. The rooms were cleaned well and the breakfast buffet although a tad expensive and basic, was okay. The name Ramada is accompanied by much expectation. Maybe too much in this case.
