I liked how housekeeping was on point everyday, the staff tried to help us out with our requests about details. What i didnt like was the tv and how i was unable to stream from my phone/device to the tv as the channels provided were bad as half of them were just news channels. Had youtube and netflix button, but none of them were avaliable

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Connect to Gateway Mall or Harbor City which is the main luxury shopping malls in Kowloon side of Hong Kong. A lot to see and shop yet we can take a few minutes ferry across Victoria Harbor to explore Hong Kong Island. Love the location of this hotel

We stayed at the Prince Hotel for 5 days and it was wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service by the Concierge Supervisor Edmond Tam and his team. They are a Masterclass in customer service. They ask to make sure we have everything we need whenever they see us. They made suggestions on interesting places to visit. Thank you so much Mr Tam!

The staff of the hotel is exceptionally helpful in all regards. The only thing not quite up to standard is the breakfast food quality of the restaurant. However this is well taken care of by the many available substitute choices outside of the hotel. Overall, the stay was great!

This was a great hotel stay and the perfect location for proximity to the China Ferry-literally a 5 min walk. Apple Store is across the street and the Harbor City mall has everything.
