Truly one of our favorite places to stay in Hong Kong! I highly recommend The Luxe Manor. We have stayed here at least a dozen times.

We stayed at Luxe for 6 days, and the staff were very kind. We had asked for an early check-in, and they obliged by giving us a deluxe room. This is a boutique hotel, and though small, it's well-kept. A water filter can be found on every floor to reduce the need to purchase plastic water bottles. The only con here is that one of the staff members was always on my face, never smiled, as if he was annoyed. On our last day, while waiting for our taxi, which took a bit because it was raining, he asked another staff member when we were leaving, since we'd been loitering in the lobby. He didn't know that I understood Cantonese. Oh well!

the room is clean, the room cleaner is doing a good job; the staff can smile more overall, I didn't eat breakfast in your hotel, the aircon is too cold, not too worry, it can be adjustable, overall, wonderful stay

The location is the best, very convenient for both shopping and sight seeing. Room was clean and quiet. Free wifi is perfect, I need my ipad for entertainment. Will highly recommand this hotel for someone who travels in Hong kong.

The property is located in the middle of town, very convenient for shopping and eating. There are a lot of young people in the area, especially at night it gets crowded. The property is old the lobby is too dark for me. There is hardly any space for loading and unloading in front of the hotel. There is no parking.

Room is clean and bed comfortable. The Reception staff, all of them, were not very friendly. They were efficient but didn’t greet or smile when guests arrived or even greet them. There were no ‘smiles in their voices’ as a standard customer service. Overall a good stay, location was good too.
